Perfect stay during Epiphany in Rome

Pros: The apartment is in a superb location - small pedestrian street in the old centre. We really felt the atmosphere of Epiphany and the ancient city. The property is well furnished, clean and warm, perfect size for a family of three! Definitely will stay again and recommend it!

Absolutely incredible!

Pros: We traveled as a family — my husband, our 19-year-old daughter, and myself — and we couldn’t be more satisfied with this accommodation. Not only was it beautiful and cozy, but it also had the best possible location (with hundreds of delicious restaurants and the best gelato just steps away). Despite being in the heart of all the buzz, the place was calm and completely silent — I didn’t hear a single noise from my room. In the summer heat, the air conditioning was so good it made me forget it was 35°C outside! And I have to mention the EXCELLENT hospitality from Romana — she was truly amazing! A big 10 out of 10 for absolutely everything!

Easy fitting 4 adults . If we ever go back to Rome I will definitely be using this apartment again.

Pros: The apartment have absolutely everything in it. Everything is provided. Towels, shampoo, soap, coffee tea. The host Romy is always available to advise you about every little detail of your holiday. She prepares information of restaurants and rooftop bars . Very friendly and helpful. The property is in the best location. 2 min walk from plaza Nevona, walking distance to all attractions in Rome. The best neighbourhood. Very quiet and peaceful. We had amazing time!

Cons: One of the beds was noisy. But big and confutable.

A great place to stay in Rome.

Pros: The apartment was right in the centre of Rome and its many attractions. Despite this it was very quiet and peaceful and the neighbours talkative and friendly. Close to shops and the apartment was well appointed. Very friendly and capable host.

Pros: Romina reached out a day earlier, explaining how to access the apartment and even sent photos to make it easier. The apartment was perfect for our stay in terms of size and comfort. The bed is very comfortable. Great shower. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The location is excellent, with restaurants and bars nearby. Romina also suggested some restaurants in the area, and we loved them.

Cons: We felt a bit cold, but that’s understandable as we stayed during winter. Perhaps a more powerful heater would be a good addition. The coffee machine wasn’t working with the capsules, but Romina promptly replaced it and assisted us efficiently.

We will come again

Cons: Just a suggestion. It would be good in the middle of the stay if someone came to change the bins and replace the towels and shampoos.

Absolutely great for a short stay.

Pros: The location is absolutely amazing, very central, in a walking distance to most major attractions and restaurants. Our host Romina was exceptionally nice and attentive. She arranged for the early check in, ordered a cab for our departure, and provided valuable suggestions regarding restaurants. We loved the electronic key system - very convenient and reliable!

Cons: A towel rack in the bathroom would be appreciated as well as a kitchen towel or paper towels to use for the kitchen. However, these are really minor compared to the location!

Pros: Perfect host who met us at the property, clean and roomy and well equiped apartment. We had everything we needed. Special thanks for good recommendations of the nearby restaurants. Apartment is in the ancient building and gives you the feeling of certain old city charm.
