Pros: Beautifull apartament. Towels, badrooms, beds, living room is very good quality. Very clean. Full accesories in the kitchen. Owner very very nice and helpfull. I very gartefull that I can be there few days. Localization very good, restaurant also on this same building. Very good food and wine. Very closed to subway Station.

Pros: The apartment is lovely and spacious (we were a group of 4 friends staying 2 nights) and very clean. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. It has 2 bathrooms making things more convenient. Nice kitchen. There are 2 restaurants downstairs. We ate at one of them (Fermento Bistro) and had delicious fettucine. There is also a small shop selling coffees and pastries and were super nice in helping us call a taxi. There are also bus stops along the same road that take you into the Vatican area (approx. 20-30mins journey depending on traffic). Paolo, our host, was very welcoming and went out of his way to help us when we needed it. And he was happy to help us, which makes a big difference. We can't thank him enough. We would definitely recommend Simi Roma and Paolo.

Pros: Shocked by how big the apartment is and the best mattress i have slept on any BnB. Amazing friendly host that went above and beyond. Will definitely return when back in Rome.

Pros: Subway is less than a Five minute walk. Nonstop shuttle to the airport is across the street.

Cons: La posizione non è ottima ma grazie alla metro a 5 minuti a piedi si riesce tranquillamente a raggiungere tutta Roma

Pros: super lokalizacja, wygodne mieszkanie z wszystkimi niezbędnymi udogodnieniami, blisko do metra, autobus pod domem, sklepy spożywcze do wyboru w najbliższej okolicy, właściciel bardzo miły wszystko pokazał po przyjeździe, nie potrzebowaliśmy się więcej kontaktować, ale był do naszej dyspozycji w razie potrzeby. Balkony dla każdego pokoju

Pros: Cazarea este superbă! Noi am fost 2 cupluri, fiecare cu camera sa și cu baia sa. Ce mi a plăcut super mult este că aveam balcon care înconjoară efectiv apartamentul, iar curățenia a fost de nota 10. Personalul super drăguț și amabil pe tot parcursul călătoriei, nu ne a deranjat, ne a preluat de la parterul blocului și ne-a prezentat apartamentul. Efectiv a fost wow totul! Cu siguranță vom mai reveni!
