Domus Rea - Vaticano - Metro Baldo degli Ubaldi

Spacious well-equipped flat ideal for family stay.

Pros: Great apartment with 3 bedrooms and air conditioning, fabulous bathroom, spacious living room and kitchen (with lovely small geyser coffee maker). There was everything needed for a short stay for a family. Nice small balcony with washing machine. Small local cafes and Carrefour at the area.

Cons: A little bit far from the subway. No free parking lots at the street (there was municipal parking at the main street said to be insecure; however, we left the car there for one night and nothing happened). Garbage at the streets.

Perfect apartment for a family of 4. Safe area, good local shops etc, and easy to get into the city centre by metro. Rec

Pros: Really spacious apartment, perfect for a family of 4. Short walk to the local Metro station. Carrefour Express and other shops locally. Was a great location for our stay in Rome.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. On arrival it took us a little while to get the electrics working (key is on the same keyring as the front door key) and we weren’t clear where to put the bins when we left (we put them in the communal bins at the end of the street) but no complaints at all about the flat.

Pros: Cozy flat with everything needed. Very good location close to Airport shuttle bus stop and urban Line A station. No so far from the City Center and calm place. Host is very friendly and supportive. We really enjoyed our stay here. Due to strike of airport stuffs we needed to shift our vacation and host happily agreed to that.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and clean! Martina was an excellent host!

Pros: Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage. Vatikan fußläufig etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt. Bushaltestellen und U-Bahnstation direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig gestaltet und eingerichtet.

Cons: Zustand ist etwas abgenutzt (was auf den Fotos nicht auffällt), z.B. waren diverse Leuchten waren ohne Funktion oder mit unzweckgemäßen Leuchtmitteln bestückt, Holzfußboden im Bad durch Feuchtigkeit beschädigt etc. Nichts gravierendes, aber der Wohnung würde ein bisschen mehr Pflege gut tun.

Pros: Super geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit tollem Badezimmer. Lage ist wunderbar in Wohnviertel 3Fussminuten von Stop Shuttlebus Airport, 3 Buslinien zum Vatikan und 5min zur Metro.

Un chouette séjour

Pros: Très bon accueil du personnel. Emplacement de l'appartement proche du métro et du bus ce qui est très pratique, et les petits commerces et supermarchés proches également. Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit des voisins du dessus l'isolation est peut-être un peu fine... mais après des journées de marche le sommeil arrive très rapidement malgré les bruits...

Pros: Apartamentul spațios, curat, aproape de metrou și supermarket

Cons: Am comunicat foarte greu cu gazda, in weekend nu ne răspuns nimeni, mesajele primite din partea gazdei ne spuneau că o putem contacta de luni până vineri între orele 8-16. Daca va cazați în weekend aveți grijă la aceste detalii Paturile nu sunt confortabile, iar despre perne nici nu are rost sa scriu, sunt ca și inexistente, foarte subțire, de proastă calitate

Pros: Чудові апартаменти. Три великі кімнати спальні, повноцінна кухня з посудом, великим холодильником, великий санвузол, вітальня з великим телевізором та можливістю дивитись інтернет телебачення будь-якою мовою. Неподалік метро, магазини.

Cons: Те що господарі приходять у вашу відсутність без попередження. Я розумію що можливо хтось хвилюється за своє житло, але про це бажано попереджати заздалегідь.
