Pros: We liked everything very much. Attentive host, the house was equipped with all the necessary appliances, basic food and things. Very nice balcony. location was also great, near the Metro and Bus station, around all the necessary supermarkets.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the sink in the bathroom because water would collect and it was difficult to drain.

Pros: Nice apartament near Vatican city, delicious restaurant nearby, Francesco was very helpful.

Pros: It was just what we needed with 2 proper bedrooms. Many others at this price or more have one bedroom and sofa bed in lounge so this was great value.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment. The beds and the pillows were excellent, and the design too. Very close to the metro A line

Cons: It was very cold in the apartment. Around 19 degrees, although the owner was convincing us, it was 24. You can't manage the temperature yourself as it is limited from him, and he controls it. I would recommend that he listens more to his guests and when it happens like this to be barely max 13-14 degrees outside to increase the heating.

Pros: Very good contact, owner very helpful. Apartment in a good location, 20 minutes by metro from the center, quiet and peaceful in the evening.

Pros: We had access into the building and the apartment via a Smart Lock which you can use by downloading the App beforehand. The apartment was clean and airy with access to a lovely balcony. The apartment had all the creature comforts and amenities of a home. The apartment was air-conditioned.

We can genuinely recommend this property.

Pros: Everything you need was there (kitchen appliances, iron, hair dryer, washing machine,...). Perfect cleaning. Accessible public traffic.

Cons: a bit sarcastic communication

Pros: Very nice and helpful owner. The apartment is very clean, large and modern. Nothing was missing in the apartment. We are very happy to stay in this place. Metro nearby (5min). Constant and quick contact with the owner as we needed something. Free parking under the building. We highly recommend this place.

Pros: Perfect accommodation for 4 people (can also accommodate 6). Completely renovated apartment with all necessary (new) equipment. Cleanliness is perfect! Very good communication and even a gift was waiting... This was our 10th stay in Rome and maybe the best apartment! Definitely recommended! Good public transport - close to the metro and bus. Quiet and safe neighborhood! Thank You! - We'll be back.

Great apartment, well located

Pros: Great apartment, spacious and clean with a cozy patio ! Everything is there: tablewares, air conditioner, dishwasher, etc. Close to metro line A and many busses. The center of Rome can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The bus shuttle that goes to FCO Airport stops nearly. The area is quiet and safe, and there are many local stores varying from grocery stores to hair dressers. Host is super welcoming and always reachable for eventual questions !
