Metro San Paolo -Capitol Haus Roma- Cozy Apartment

Perfect for short or long term stay in Rome!

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It is well connected to the city center, with a bus stop just two minutes from the building and a direct ride of about 30 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable, making it suitable even for a longer stay. The kitchen is excellent and has everything needed to prepare meals easily and conveniently. Overall, a very pleasant and practical place to stay.

Good choise

Pros: Apartman will provide you everything you need for short as well as long term stay. Very clean, with planty of room for couples and families. Public transport is available near the apartment. Easy check-in and good communication with hosts.

Pros: Accomodator was very helpful with everything. The apartment was bigger than expected and beautifully furnished and equiped.

Cons: The only thing I can say wasn't perfect, was the fact that on one pillow sheet there were some stains.

Pros: I liked how accommodating the owner was, he was always updating us, made sure we had everything we wanted etc. Communication was 👌🏼👌🏼.

Cons: I didn’t realise that it was exactly 2 separate bedrooms. The living room was a ‘bedroom’ with the sofa bed pulled out which is completely fine it was still cosy but I just didn’t expect it.

Weekend tra amici

Pros: Ottima comunicazione con l'host e ambienti puliti e accoglienti. Abbiamo apprezzato le cialde del caffè incluse e i vari prodotti bagni. Perfetta per soggiorni brevi.

Cons: La posizione risulta poco collegata con il centro. Le fermate autobus sono a due passi da casa, ma raramente gli autobus sono puntuali e/o rispettano le corse previste. Purtroppo è un problema di Roma in generale

Pros: The apartment was clean and the size of the apartment was great! Location wasn’t too far, I walked or biked everywhere. The owners were responsive and getting there was super easy. Highly recommend!

Pros: Mi e' piaciuta la posizione e la tranquillita' del quartiere( molto silenzioso)

Cons: L unica cosa che non mi e' piaciuta e' stato il divano letto in sala( .Non era comodo) Non era evidenziato che non c era la seconda camera da letto

Consigliato per le famiglie!

Pros: Appartamento spazioso e moderno. Ambienti molto grandi e comodi. La dotazione è completa e puoi trovare tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Il condominio si trova in una zona molto silenziosa dove non c'è il frastuono romano

Cons: Nulla da segnalare

Pros: Čisto je i uredno, 20-ak minuta od metroa. Jedan od rijetkih apartmana gdje dobijete ručnik više i šlapice i gdje zaista ima spremištima prostora. Kupaonica je prostrana, ima dovoljno mjesta za odlaganje stvari, pa čak i za stolac, ako vam je i dalje malo. Domaćin je uslužan, ali nenametljiv.
