Local neighbourhood apartment location. Very big from a size perspective, Local eateries v good.

Pros: Excellent communication with host. Marconi is what I would consider to suburban/metro Rome. Excellent value for Rome which can be a bit of a tourist trap city. Marconi has great local eateries where the locals are eating and that is a great sign. A short bus ride into the tourist district. Apartment is big.

Cons: No overall negative feedback. No air con if that is a deal breaker for some, but the fan was fine for me

Pros: Très propre, le processus pour récupérer les clefs était nickel.

Cons: Logement trop loin du centre de rome.. réservation prise trop tard ce qui fait que jai du prendre ce Airbnb. Surtout pour le 31decembre au soir, ou le bus s'arrêtent a 21h. Aussi pas de chauffage de journee... a notre réveil il faisait assez froid..

Pros: Alles war super. Es war gut organisiert. Es gab jedoch ein paar kleinere Mängel, die ich dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt habe und die er freundlicherweise akzeptiert hat. Das einzige, was mich störte, war, dass die Unterkunft keinen privaten Parkplatz hatte, obwohl dieser auf Booking.com als solcher gelistet war. Es gibt zwar kostenlose Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen, aber mir war der private Parkplatz wichtig, da ich mir während meines Urlaubs keine Sorgen machen wollte, dass meinem Auto etwas zustößt. Zusammenfassend kann ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
