Pros: Basically everything was fine. The apartment was good and had all the amenities described. The beds were comfortable. There's a great supermarket and a bus stop nearby. A really nice stay! I recommend it.
Cons: It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to the city center (not 20 min). It was ok for me but I'm putting this info down herefor others. We got only 1 set of keys (If I had asked for the second one, I may have received it, I never asked) but it's a good idea to get an extra set at once). The water heater warms up the water very slowly. If you run out of hot water, it takes a lot of time to have it hot again.

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, facing the yard and there is no traffic noise. It is well connected to the city center (about 30 minutes by public transport), the stations are 2 minutes away. The accommodation is enough for 4 people, clean, comfortable and equipped, you feel like at home. The host is very accommodating and always ready to help.

A very good place for a city break
Pros: The place is as presented. Spacious enough for four people, with everything you need to feel as at home. The location is good, there is a bus stop right around the corner, with a bus line that takes you to the city centre in cca 30 min. The neighbourhood is nice, with everything you might need within walking distance. The apartment is facing the interior court, and you will not be bothered by the street noise at night. The beds are conformable and we slept very well. All in all, we had a great stay.Thank you for having us!
Cons: The apartment and the amenities are a bit dated, but overall, it has a great value for money.

Would recommend
Pros: Very clean and organised. Has everything you need. Willy was so nice and helpful. The sushi place across the road is the best we went there multiple times and the patisseries are fantastic right in the street. If you don’t mind public transport it’s right at your door. Make sure to download “CityMapper” app it was a lifesaver for us using the public transport which was recommended by the owner.
Cons: It was a little far out of town if your spending all your time in the heart of Rome and using public transport just be sure to be organised for this. Otherwise all the restaurant/cafes are actually better around this place than Rome itself.

Pros: Easy acccess to buses, near-by markets and bakeries, near-by good restaurants
Cons: When using the washing machine I had to switch off from the electrical pannel the entire kitchen area, it took me one hour to figure out why I could not have air conditioning, washing the clothes and having the fridge on, in the same time.

Pros: Apartament dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. W budynku winda dość mała ale 4 osoby pomiesci. Blisko przystanku autobusowego co bardzo ułatwiało komunikacje po Rzymie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, w dodatku bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy.
Cons: Widok z okna jest na dziedziniec budynków, nie wygląda to za atrakcyjnie więc jeśli ktoś liczy na piękne widoki Rzymu to może być rozczarowanym. Aktualnie nad apartamentem trwał remont hałasy były z samego rana aż do wieczora. Nam to akurat nie przeszkadzało bo większość byliśmy poza pokojem. Niestety trafiliśmy na nieprzyjemne zapachy w apartamencie co nie było komfortowe. Kaloryfery w tym okresie co byliśmy grzeją od godziny 16 do 23 musieliśmy troszkę dogrzewać się klimatyzacją.

Pros: O melhor de tudo foi o suporte por parte dos donos do imóvel, sem muito atenciosos.
Cons: Embora eu já soubesse, mas poderia ter uma porta (ou divisória) entre os dois quartos para dar um pouco mais de privacidade.
