Amazing!!!

Pros: Francesca, an excellent and very friendly host, guided us to the apartment, collected the keys, and provided helpful information about the neighborhood, nearby supermarkets, and bus stops. The apartment was fantastic. Everything was brand new, and the size was sufficient for a family with two kids. It featured a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a coffee machine (a real asset). The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Bus stops to the city center and top-rated attractions, such as the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum, were within 1-2 minutes' walk. The Baldo Degli Ubaldi metro stop is a 3-4-minute walk. There were multiple coffee shops and restaurants near the apartment, and the Pewex (supermarket) is a 3-4-minute walk.

Cons: We really don't have any negative comments. Everything was amazing.

Pros: Cleanliness and renovation - excellent! Accommodation in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The metro and bus are very close and come often. There is also a parking space, on the ground floor, covered. The bed is very big. The bathroom is big too. The pictures on the website are the same as in reality. I am 100% satisfied. Pros: The property was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and perfectly located next to both a bus station and metro stop, making it easy to reach all major tourist areas. Francesca was the most helpful host we’ve ever encountered. We had two exceptional situations, and she handled them with such care. First, we had a late arrival after 20:00 (even though it was outside the usual check-in time), and she kindly waited for us. Then, when we forgot a charger, she went out of her way to find the cheapest option to send it back to us. Her dedication truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

One of the best accommodations we had!

Pros: The apartment is situated in a very good region - very close to the subway ( just a few stops from the main tourist locations ) and in a calm neighbourhood that offers everything you may need. The apartment was spotlessly clean and offers everything for a short or long stay. The host was very responsive and kind. We highly recommend this place - it's a rare finding! We hope to visit again soon!
