Pros: The appartment was very tidy and beautiful. Paolo, his wife and his brother Alessandro helped us every time we had something to ask. At the first night at Rome we wanted eat good pizza and Paolo recommended us very good restaurant and he made a table resevation for us. It was very nice welcoming to the city :)! Location of the appartment was good. Metrostation and busstop were very near. I can definitely recommend this appartment to everyone!

Pros: The apartment has all the comforts and it’s in a very good location. The metro station is only 400m away from the apartment. Paolo is a great host. He really cares about the people that stay in his apartment and helps you with any problem you might have.

OUR STAY AT NUOVISSIMO APARTAMENTO

Pros: We loved everything about this apartment. It's exceptionally clean, very modern, beautifully decorated with all facilities to hand. Located at an amazing location ( Only 20mins to St. Peters Basilica, The Colosseum and many other attractions), close to local shops, markets as well as pubs (Bars) and very safe and secured area. Above all, the host Paolo is very friendly, approachable and helpful. He responds to messages promptly as well as phonecalls and his brother Alexandro was right next door to us whenever we needed his help. On arrival we even managed to get pizzas delivered to the apartment by an app called 'Glovo' and they were so delicious. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and we will definitely go back again.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like about this apartment. My daughter and I love our omelettes and we needed a smaller knife and a slightly bigger chopping board which were given to us straight away soon after we asked our host Paolo.

Apartament jest położony z okolicy z dużą ilością wzniesień. Trzeba być sprawnym fizycznie.

Pros: apartament jest piękny i przestronny. Można korzystać z ekspresu do kawy, w lodówce czekała woda, można korzystać z takich rzeczy jak sól, oliwa, pieprz, makaron. To wszystko już jest i nie trzeba za to płacić. Blisko do wszystkich zabytków, blisko do metra i do autobusu.
