Excellent well appointed apartment in a great location
Pros: Very good central location within walking distance of all main tourist attractions. Many nice restaurants and bars close by. Rodica, the housekeep was there within a few minutes of our Whats App message to give us the keys. The apartment is on the 2nd floor which is reached via 2 locked doors then a coded lift. Then another key to enter the apartment so very secure.
Cons: A night light in the passageway to the bathroom would be very useful as it is a fair way from the bedroom with several steps up and down.

Location, location, location
Pros: Fabulous location. The apartment offered everything needed for a short stay. It was spacious and bed was comfortable. A plate of fresh apples, and bottles of milk were greatly appreciated.
Cons: The decor was ‘bohemian’ - ok but could have been much better. The toiletries were all left over bottles, tissue box had one tissue and no loo roll in one of the toilets - not a problem but would be very easy to improve on . We were told had to check in by 8 pm or pay an 30 euros. A little frustrating (after confirming we were on the way, paying for a taxi and arriving at 7.25pm ) that we had to wait until 8.15 for someone to turn up!

So glad to make this 'home' for 4 days and will stay again if i ever visit Rome again!
Pros: Location, location, location! Most attractions could be reached with walking. Amazing to be immersed in the quaint historical quarter- lots of cafes, restaurants, leather goods, fashion shops to explore. A platter of fruits, milk in the fridge greeted us after an easy collection of keys. Great sound insulation- once the windows are closed, the chattering and cluttering from the streets are all shut out! The slowness of the lift actually has a calming effort :-)
Cons: The long walk to the bathroom, especially so in the middle of the night! The water pressure and temperature of the shower is not very consistent.

Location, space and facilities, but needs a good clean.
Pros: Location and space! Kitchen, dining space and cooking facilities were well furnished for us to be able to cook and ‘eat in’ for 2 nights out of our 4 night stay. Dishwasher and washing machine was helpful.
Cons: The bathroom is a long hallway away from the bedroom with many height changes in between so sadly we had to leave a light on through the night to get up and down the stairs safely - a plug in sensor light would alleviate this problem easily. As colourful as the place is, it seems to need a really good Spring clean as the drapes in particular were discoloured with dust and smelly. The many half empty bottles of shampoo, (some obviously from previous guests hotel visits) soap and detergent made me feel like I was left with the ‘scraps’ at the end of the season. This could be easily fixed though, and may not really effect your stay.

Super Lage
Pros: Die Lage ist überragend. Das Bett ist super komfortabel.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gut zugeschnitten. Im Prinzip ist das Bad und Klo auf der andern Seite des Gebäudes und der Weg ist nachts weit... Das Schlafzimmer ist riesengroß was aber nicht wirklich gebraucht wird. Deshalb ist es viel Platz, der aber eigentlich nicht wirklich sinnvoll zu verwenden ist. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig aber nicht sonderlich wertig.

Miejsce w centrum starego Rzymu. Ogromny apartament.
Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum starego Rzymu - 3 - 4 minuty spacerem od Piazza Navona. Apartament w uliczce z restauracjami, gelateriami, obok Carrefour Express oraz depozyt bagażu (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BmMmFj19RbR8iph4A). Dobrze skomunikowana z Ternimi (busy 64 i 40) kursujące od 5:30 rano co kilkanaście minut. Czas dojazdu do termini od 20 minut rano do godziny w godzinach szczytu.
Cons: Trzeszcząca podłoga - uciążliwe w nocy, jeśli jedna osoba wstaje a druga ma słaby sen. Również bardzo słyszalne były hałasy i głośne zachowanie piętro wyżej. Gospodarze komunikują się przez WhattsApp, przekazują namiar na menedzerkę apartamentu, która słabo mówi po angielsku (wysyła szablonowe wiadomości, które mają się nijak do sytuacji), a klucze przekazuje pani sprzątająca, która ledwo co mówi po angielsku i bardziej na migi wszystko tłumaczy. Ponieważ nie dało się wcześniej zameldować niż o 16.00 byliśmy punktualnie pod apartamentem, lecz nikt się nie pojawiał. Od menedzerki dowiedzieliśmy się, że pani z kluczami jest w drodze, ale jest spóźniona. I rzeczywiście była spóźniona pół godziny.

Great apartment and I shall return!
Pros: The location of the apartment was centrally located. Just about every landmark and the metro was within walking distance. Great shopping around the area. My advice: take a big suitcase and pack extremely light! There are several little clothes shops around the area to fill up your suitcase with unique fashionable threads and artwork you won't find back at home!
Cons: No negative experiences to report.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! excellent flat, great hosts, do not miss.
Pros: Location, Location. Location - unbelievable location. On an excllent street in the middle of everything, could walk anywhere in old town, Although in the middle of everything, the shutters and double hung windows blocked out the sound and light. Very funky and awesome arrangement of rooms and huge flat with lots of space. Access and check in were easy. hosts were excellent, couldn't have been happier with our choice. we will definately be back
