Pros: I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment with my family in the heart of Vatican, and it exceeded all my expectations. Apartment is very comfortable and the location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk to the Vatican, with shops, restaurants, bus stops, and the subway… all nearby. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Marzia, who showed us around the apartment and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Monica and Emanuele were also very helpful and attentive, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. I would happily stay here again on my next trip!

Pros: We were lucky of staying in this beautiful appartment. It was so clean and comfortable we truly felt at home. There were five of us, and we never missed a thing. All amenities were created for a good stay. The location also was perfect, just steps from Vatican City, yet wonderfully peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations in every aspect. And the host was also very kind and always ready to help. Special thanks to Emmanuelle, who hosted us and gave us useful advice. This stay has left a warm place in our hearts, and we will most certainly return.

Cons: There was really nothing to complain about.

Pros: Esperienza indimenticabile con tutta la famiglia! Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni al Roman Dream IV e possiamo dire che è stata una scelta perfetta. L'appartamento è bellissimo, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in famiglia con bambini — ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La posizione è semplicemente imbattibile: a soli 300 metri da San Pietro, il che ci ha permesso di goderci Roma con tutta la calma del mondo, senza dipendere dai mezzi. Ciliegina sulla torta: il parcheggio privato, un lusso raro a Roma che ci ha tolto ogni pensiero. L'accoglienza è stata eccezionale. Emmanuele è stato disponibilissimo e ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti fin dal primo momento, aiutandoci a orientarci nella zona e dandoci ottimi consigli.

Pros: Emmanuel met us promptly at early check-in and was helpful in getting us acclimated to the area.

Cons: Deposit terms under booking.com not made clear prior to check-in but host made it work!

Pros: Monica und Emanuel waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Korrespondenz bei Rückfragen war außerordentlich schnell und kompetent. Wir konnten unsere Koffer am Abreisetag bis 17.30 Uhr im Haus unterstellen. Die Lage der Wohnung (6 Minuten bis zum Petersplatz) ist sehr schön.

Pros: Wir haben die Wohnung aufgrund ihrer Lage ausgesucht, weil wir nach Möglichkeit vieles zu Fuß besuchen wollten. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Petersplatz ist zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vatikanischen Museen, das historische Zentrum sowie das Pantheon konnte man fußläufig (25 Minuten) gut erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und bis auf einen Salzstreuer sowie einen Schuhanzieher haben wir nichts vermisst. Monica als Gastgeberin und Emanuele (kümmert sich um die Wohnung) waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke an Beide.

Cons: Das Elternbett war zwar nicht unbequem, aber leider nicht ganz leise.

Jednostavno prekrasno!

Pros: Lokacija izvsna, domaćin jako ljubazan kao i asistentica! Uredno, čisto, stan novouređen i prostran za pet osoba...sve potrebno za opušten boravak u gradu. Sve pohvale!
