Highly recommended and we would gladly return!

Pros: We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment is phenomenal – beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, making it both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. Our host Gianluca was outstanding – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was seamless, and we felt right at home.

Lovely, clean, well thought through and maintained apartment with very kind and generous host

Pros: The property is very clean and very organised with beautiful decos. It is located in a cul de sac road so it is quite but is of walking distance to major attractions such as St. Peter Basilica, bus stop is just 2 minute walk, taking to old Rome, Rome Termini, or you can call Uber/taxi with the Freenow app. We found Uber is slightly cheaper. The host met us at check in and led us into the apartment, showing us around. He had a map of the area to show us how to get around to the tourist attractions, he also has a seperate map for the local supermarket -carrefree 5mins walk, recommended restaurants, coffee shops etc. On the day we left, our plan changed as our tour time was changed and the host let us checked out 2 hours after checkout time.

Cons: There is nothing we dislike

The perfect Roman short-term \

Pros: After many trips to Rome we found the perfect accommodation, but also the perfect host - Gianluca. The apartment is in an excellent location, a few minutes from the bus station, but also few minutes from the Vatican. At the same time, the area is quiet and safe. The parking space is also within the building and is fenced. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. Thank you to the Gianluca and we hope to see you again in Rome.

Pros: The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very quiet and comfortable. It is located near all the sights (the Vatican is a few minutes walk away, the center of Rome a few bus stops). The owner is an extremely kind and approachable person, he told us everything we needed to know about Rome. We regret that we did not stay longer

Amazing host and apartment

Pros: Gianluca was very helpful upfront and during our stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated in a wonderful location. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure great and the washing machine very valuable after traveling for a long time with the family

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Rome, perfect for a short city break!

Pros: The apartment was very stylish, spacious, and clean. Great location, just a short walk from the Vatican. The host was friendly and communication was easy. The decor made the place feel unique and cozy.

Pros: The location was excellent, the host was superb, Gianluca was the nicest, friendliest and helpful person. There was a few little problems but they were rectified immediately. We will definitely go back.

Good location, perfect owner, Good parking space for cars.

Pros: The apartment is close to Vatican by walking 8 minutes. You can walk to Rome city center or you can take #64 bus as well. Bus ticket is available just next corner of the apartment. Safe to walk around and you can find supermarket, restaurants in 200 meters. Apartment has elevator. Inside the apartment, you can find everything for a living. Thanks Gianluca for everything. He is a real gentlemen.

Very lovely and modern furnished apartment with enough space for 4 people

Pros: Central location and nevertheless quiet Equipment was complete and modern Additional free set of Nesspresso capsules Parking space (also for long cars) in a closed off area Short distances to supermarkets, Cafe and Bus and Taxi Personal and very friendly direct service and introduction by the owner

Cons: Booking doubled the actual price of the owner. But next time I know how to do better... ;-)
