Pros: Very good, clean and comfortable flat close to the Basilica. It was perfect for us ( two adults and two teens) The beds were large and comfortable. Thanks for the welcome drink ( a very good red wine ) and others. Nice that the kitchen was full : coffee , tea, sugar, salt ...others.

Pros: Location is perfect to visit Vatican City. Great host and apartment as described.

Pros: Very good located, nice view, just perfect for us. Paolo was so helpful and friendly and the restaurants he recommended were fabulous!

Cons: The mattress is not the newest but we didn‘t mind

Great location, clean, friendly

Pros: Very good location! Amazing view from the terrace, good cooking facilities lovely bottle of wine and pasta pack upon arrival property was clean spacious comfy and the jacuzzi bath was amazing, lots of nice restaurants and takeaway places to hand

Paolo met us when we arrived and he explained everything about how things in the apartment work. He made suggestions as

Pros: A few minutes walk to the Vatican. Bus stop, restaurants, bakery and Carrefour nearby. The bedrooms are spacious but the kitchen/dining/living area are quite small.

Cons: Could do with white curtains so we can let natural sunlight in. There were gaps in between the thick curtains and there was a thunderstorm during our stay. The lightning woke us up. You have to close the curtains when getting changed for privacy so it was a little bit dark. The first bedroom, doesn't close properly. The exhaust/hood in the kitchen didn't work so we have to open the kitchen door to let the cooking smell out. The lift was too small and old but functional.

Perfect location, fantastic host and brilliant neighbourhood with great restaurants

Pros: Absolutely brilliant location, so many fabulous restaurants nearby such as I san pietrini, via delle fornaci Dai miei, via delle fornaci Cresci, via alcide de gasperi We didn’t even bother going to the more central ones we booked. The host was fantastic and went above and beyond to be helpful. Lovely little package of Italian things left for us and fabulous terrace to sit out on. Really easy to get the bus - number 64 goes to all of the sights or walk into town easily

Pros: A spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Vatican. The convenient location of the apartment allows you to enjoy all the beauty of Rome as soon as you step outside. The host, Paolo, is a pleasant and responsive person, always ready to help or give recommendations on how to make the most of your time in this wonderful city

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this apartment near the Vatican! The location was ideal — just a short walk from St. Peter’s Basilica, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning — a huge plus during the warm days. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace: in the evening, I could see the Vatican illuminated, which was absolutely breathtaking. The host was warm, helpful, and always available for anything I needed. I truly felt at home and would love to come back. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome — you won’t be disappointed!

Great location and wonderful views of the Vatican from the balcony.

Pros: We loved our time in this apartment. We stayed for 6 nights. The check in was very easy, Paolo was very helpful and informative and gave us all of the information we needed for our holiday. The location was great and the views of the Vatican from the balcony were spectacular. The apartment is on a street with lots of nice restaurants and shops so you have everything you need around you.

Cons: Everything was great.

Lovely Rome visit

Pros: Friendly staff met us outside apartment even though our flight and travel arrangements from airport was disrupted. Good communication before travelling as well. Staff showed us around apartment and explained everything before leaving us to settle in. Also pointed out local shops and places to eat nearby. Apartment was a good size and with access to the balcony was great. Location was amazing - very close to St.Peter's Square and Basilica - visit coincided with Conclave and the voting of the new Pope - to be there at this time was a once in a lifetime experience. Travel around Rome straightforward - walking or public transport (travel card or pay and go on bus worked well. Apartment near to bus stop to take you to Roma Termini if you needed to travel outside Rome.

Cons: Only a minor point but would have been nice to have a toaster (there was a sandwich toaster provided).
