Nice place, but not a hotel so less service available

Pros: Very nice room, decent price for the location in Rome. Easy enough access with a personal key

Cons: It’s not a hotel, so there’s an empty reception most of the time.

Pros: Spacious room in the best location imaginable. Walking distance to Vatican, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and the list goes on. Staff is extremely friendly, host is great. If available and if I return to Rome I will book again.

Cons: Bathroom has some flaws and wear/tear from dampness but nothing major or serious.

Wonderful location!

Pros: The location was perfect, piazza di popolo and piazza di spagna were accesible on foot. The neighborhood was very nice and seemed safe. They were cleaning the apartment daily. Dasha and the other staff were really helpful. The bathroom was really spacious and impressive..

Cons: I did not particularly like the system with the multiple doors and the multiple keys. Apart from unlocking the doors, you needed a link to open them and this was a bit stressful in the case that something might have went wrong since nobody was really in the reception during our stay in the apartment. Some furniture could have been better, like the painting on the walls which seemed rather common for an apartment of such level.

Pros: The room was very spacious and light, well cleaned and well equiped. Large bathroom with a shower and a bath. On-line check-in and communication with the host was quick and smooth. It is also very well located to sights and metro. 5/5 *

Super location, great host, good neighbourhood!!!

Pros: Great location, if you have just few days in Rome and want to see both the city and the Vatican. Just walking 20 minutes you see both of them, and also all the way to them is a gallery with million beautiful buildings and good shops. Lucy is very friendly and helps with everything she can.
