Pros: Great apartment in a good location, close to subway, 15 minutes away from Termini station. Also, the host arranged a meeting for me to pick up one thing forgotten in the apartment.

Cons: The host insisted to get the payment in cash, which, according to his instructions, I had to drop into a mailbox without receiving any receipt. It took a lot of chatting to have someone coming over to receive the cash in person. Otherwise, everything was fine, very comfortable.

RECOMMENDED TO STAY!!

Pros: I would love to say that this apartment is WORTH IT and RECOMMENDED to stay!!! The Location is near to the train station. The house is neat and clean. The Owner, Luca and his house manager was nice and responsive. All the equipment is complete. They manage the house to make us comfortable❤️. The price of the property was reasonable.

Cons: The lift is amall,,so need 2 times to get all the luggages because we have 6 luggages. but It's not a big problem. and the sound of the train which pass regularly a bit loud when we opened the window.

Perfect experience

Pros: The flat is located close to the bust station which helps you to connect to the city center very easily. On the ground floor there is a market where you can buy buss tickets. Next to it there is a cafe where they make perfect coffee and easy breakfast. The flat condition is perfect. There are 3 air conditioners. Everything works perfectly. Luca - the host - is super friendly and helped us a lot. Communication with him was very pleasant. After a long road to Rome starting our Roman experience with a big smile on our faces was very important:))) he also recommended some local restaurants. The stay was perfect value for money. In general, we are very thankful and full of emotions.

Pros: The room is conveniently located at 10 min walking distance from Ponte Lungo metro station. The host Luca is a nice person and suggested us some of the good restaurants nearby. Some coffee is given in the kitchen which was nice after waking up in the morning. The whole apartment has air conditioning facilities and it has a lift too to reach the apartment in 2nd floor.

Cons: The apartment is located beside railway track and as such the roads are not very clean in the surrounding. But it's the same picture all around Rome so can't complain really.

Pros: the apartment was located in a fantastic area. easily accessible to any destination. the host also helped us with some restaurants and bars. Thank you

Loved our stay

Pros: It was very comfortable and clean very close to the metro station which made travelling around Rome easy. Definitely book it again if visiting Rome again.

Pros: Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικοτατος σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε μας εξυπηρετησε άψογα.

Cons: Λίγη περισσότερη καθαριότητα στες λεπτομέρειες. Τα παράθυρα πολυ βρόμικα. Περισσότερο χαρτί υγείας στην τουαλέτα για 5 άτομα 5 μέρες ειχε μονο 4.

Pros: We loved everything about this place the house was beautiful and clean, the neighborhood was great, and the location was very convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Cons: everything was perfect.

Appartamento con molto potenziale a un prezzo conveniente - voto reale 9,5

Pros: Appartamento grande e dotato di quasi tutto, due camere da letto, più un divano letto per un totale di 6 posti. Posizione davvero comoda, a pochi passi dalla linea metropolitana A. Personale molto disponibile e sempre pronto a darti risposta.

Cons: Il box doccia andrebbe sostituito e il bagno rinfrescato. Purtroppo i proprietari hanno dovuto bloccare l'utilizzo della lavastoviglie a causa dell'uso erroneo fatto da diversi inquilini.

Perfecta

Pros: Se ve mejor que en las fotos, tiene todos lo necesario, si bien no es tan cerca, el tema del transporte es perfecto, porque queda cerca a estación de bus, tren y es perfecto por ese lado, se siente súper seguro.
