Nice stay in Rome

Pros: Nice apartment with all you need for a nice couple of days to explore Rome. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near to Metro station and bus stations. It has everything you need and it is clean. Nice check-in and the owner also let us store the bags in the flat before the check in time. Thank you!

For what it is, it's a very good option.

Pros: First, it's a good value for money. We knew we're a bit away from the interest areas of Rome, but we found the place to be well connected (direct bus, metro station close-by). No issues regarding the cleanliness of the place. The main bed was comfortable (the sofa-bed not so much, but what sofa-bed is?) Towels were provided (clean, soft, fluffy). Because we self catered, I appreciated the broom and pan available, the BnBs rarely provide these items.

Cons: This is meant as constructive criticism: if a dish-washer is on the premises, a handful of tablets would be helpful. Add a few euros to the price and please provide the means to wash the dishes (especially since the water in the kitchen runs exclusively on cold temperature). A basic bottle of hair/bodywash would be great, it would save the guest the trouble of carrying or buying their own for just a few days. Also, information regarding the neighborhood on a leaflet would help: top-rated restaurants, supermarkets, the pharmacy near-by that is open until midnight. Small improvements would make a great impact.

Pros: Cozy apartment, stayed there with my husband and my parents, it’s comfortable for 4 people. It was clean, there were towels. There is everything you need: all the dishes, iron, stove, coffee machine, hairdryer, etc. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from the metro station, you can get to the center very easily and quickly. There is a big supermarket 7 mins walk from the apartment and a few cafes to eat.

Cons: Sofa is not very comfortable to sleep, but it didn’t really bother us, it was good for 3 nights

Pros: The apartment is very nice, everything was clean , staff is very friendly

Recomendado para familias!

Pros: Muy espaciosa y bien equipada para cuatro personas. El sofá cama era realmente muy cómodo, además ambas habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado lo que evitó que pasáramos frío. Todo el mobiliario muy limpio y el check in es sencillo. No cuenta con lavarropas pero tiene lavandería, supermercado y pizzería a pocos metros. Tuvimos una maravillosa y muy cómoda estadía en familia.

Cons: No me disgustó nada, solo una pequeña observación es que el patio por donde se ingresa al departamento estaba muy sucio el día que llegamos.

Pros: It's very well located; you can find everything from supermarkets to typical restaurants to eat at, and you can easily get to tourist sites.

Cons: The only downside is that there's construction nearby, and the noise reaches the apartment. This could be a problem for a light sleeper.

Pros: Most of all, the property was very clean, and it was newly furnished. Although not close to the city centre, there are multiple public transport options around the property. And considering the price of the stay and the whole condition of the property, I believe it's worth it!

Cons: The sofa might not be very comfortable for two people, but the bed was very good. Some more facilities can be added in order to increase the quality of the stay.

Pros: Posizione perfetta con la fermata della metro A molto vicina. Quartiere tranquillo ben servito con una deliziosa caffetteria proprio di fronte casa.

Cons: Mancava il sapone in bagno
