Rocky onboarding, but lovely location and clean onboarding

Pros: Location was brilliant. Very clean and lovely room.

Cons: Accessing the property wasn’t explained prior to arrival so was difficult to locate. Extra bed wasn’t comfortable, the crib wasn’t fully working.

Rome late feb/early March

Pros: Excellent location, less than 5 mins from Piazza del Poppolo and then direct access to main street in Rome (via del corso). bed extremely comfortable and very clean

Cons: Just a small gripe, not many English channels on the TV in the room. Minor detail as only stayed in room for a few hours between afternoon amd going out for the evening.

Pros: Very clean, super comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff

Cons: A little difficult to find at first, but once you’ve located the lift and got to floor 5, it’s easy. Staff are very helpful finding the place

Pros: Spacious room Great location within walking distance of all the big attractions Clear checking in and checking out instructions Room cleaned everyday

Gorgeous stay in Roma

Pros: This was an excellent location a short walk away from places of interest . Close to the airport shuttle bus stop too which was very handy and easy to use for our transfers to and from the airport. Rooms where very clean , water in the fridge daily was great . Staff where informative and always answered text messages quickly . Plenty of places to eat nearby

Cons: It was a bit difficult to find at first could do with a sign on the outside of the building so guests can find it a bit easier

Pros: It was clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. Perfect for a couple of nights in Rome as close to everything. A few lovely bars and cafes just a short walk away. Nice view of the river and the staff were very helpful with my many queries!

Cons: The check in process in the dark was a bit difficult and the coffee machine in the room didn't always work.

Would recommend!

Pros: Nice staff and every day our room was nicely cleaned and water filled up! Also, the location is very central and almost everything in walking distance. After getting used to the hidden entrance and buildung definitely a perfect stay!

Cons: Only litte thing: quality of shampoo/shower gel

Perfect for a short stay in Rome.

Pros: The suite was clean and spacious and situated in a great location, with good amenities surrounding. The host was very accommodating and always available at the end of a message. The suite is located 30- 40 minutes walking distance from all the main attractions and sits in what feels like a safe neighbourhood.

Cons: The only drawback was the blocked/ slow drainage in the shower.

Pros: The location is ideal, right next to the river so you have easy access to both The Vatican area and the central Rome areas. The staff were also incredibly accommodating and the cleaners were great.
