Nice stay in Rome, excellent location

Pros: The room is nice, very clean and part of a small apartment with great facilities, even a small courtyard where you can emjoy early morning coffee.the location is perfect, close ro everything. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. The host/staff extremely friendly and helpful

Cons: The building was under construction/restauration but that did not bother us. There was no noise or anything. The stairs to the room were a bit dark and strange, it seemed you need to go underground to reach the room

Pros: The location is close to the main attraction but not to close to be noisy or crowdy. Very clean with daily care. We liked the common table for breakfast and our inside yard. Professional and polite staff

Lovely place once you are in Rome

Pros: Beautiful place with super friendly stuff. Great spot on a Rome map. Close to all lovely places in Rome.

Cons: The cleanliness leaves something to be desired; the room could be vacuumed at least once between two consecutive clients :-)

Pros: We were well looked after, space was well designed

Cons: As elderly travellers, we were a bit anxious not having staff through the night as is true in hotels. Should we have needed help in the night we would not know how to call for assistance. When we booked, there was no clear indication that this was different from a hotel.

Fantastic

Pros: Perfect neighborhood close to great restaurants and shops. About a 30 minute walk to the ancient ruins/downtown. Clean and fresh rooms. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Maybe a large mirror in the room would have been helpful. Otherwise nothing to complain about!

Pros: It was a pleassure staying at Belli 36 Rooms. The room was very clean and nice. The owner and the staff was very polite and willing to help us. The location was very convinient as it was near Lepando metro station and near the city center. Bravissima!!
