A nice clean place to start your day

Pros: Very very clean, quite place, A signature location to start your Rome exploration. Very safe location. 👌

Cons: I found a bit hard to handle the stroller with the stairs

Pros: The location was very good. We could walk everywher.The manager (Claudia) was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was quite good in a very nice cafe near the building. Recommend it for a pleasant stay.

Pros: the location was great, everything was walking distance for us. on arrival we took direct BUS SIT SHUTTLE from Fiumicino airport, brought us directly to the location, had to walk a bit. we arrived way past checkin time, but Claudia explained all with detailed instructions about self-chekin, had no problem with enterring at all. Claudia answered all the questions, with a lot patience and in details - she was great. get whatsapp for easier communication. room was really cozy, clean, big, showers had hot water, we did not notice loud noises from the street, had no problems with calm resting. breakfasts were around the corner, few minutes in the coffee shop, we enjoyed those a lot, huge variaty of pastries. Wifi connection was great in the room, had no issues with that. conditioner was loud but was working properly.

Cons: as mentioned below, Tv was not working and fridge was not cold, but we did not use any of them, so no problems.

Spacious, clean and convenient!

Pros: Clean and spacious. Close to almost everything in Rome. Our host Claudia was so nice and sent all the information for a late self check in. She answered all our questions and made our Rome holiday the best! I would definitely recommend this place and next time I will plan to use the shared kitchen to make some meals. 100 stars to Claudia. Breakfast at the nearby cafe IL Cantanese was awesome, special mention to Nihad, he made my family feel so welcome in Rome especially my kids. Thank you again Claudia for keeping in touch with us.
