Perfect spot for those who like to be close by sites, shops etc. but not in the bustling centre.

Pros: The location is perfect, 15 minutes to nearest Metro stop - Lepanto, many buses to all parts of the city, bus stops close by, a fairly residential neighbourhood, some noise, Rome is noisy and fabulous, but with the windows closed and aircon on, no problem getting a decent sleep. Facitilities and room are very clean, the room was functional and had everything needed for a short stay. I stayed 4 nights.

Cons: The room was fine but a comfortable chair and a bigger table would have been welcome, after walking all day, a comfy chair and somewhere to write would be very welcome.

Pros: The location was excellent, the staff really friendly, the check in easy.

Cons: The beds were not the most comfortable, cleaning was done every day but they didn’t give us new towels (just took them without replacing 😅). You have complementary water in the room but it was only one when were 2. Just these little things. Breakfast is not worth it.

Pros: Nice and clean. It's an apartment building spliced into single rooms with a private bathroom. They take your breakfast on a tray to your room: coffee, juice, pastry and yogurt.

Cons: We missed a restaurant room.

A place to repeat if I’m ever in Rome again !

Pros: Amazing amazing looks! I don’t think the photos are fair to the building because the building and the apartments are absolutely stunning !! Location is surreal, you’re next to everything and there’s also a stop bus like 1 min away in case you’d rather take a bus. The staff in incredibly helpful and caring! Just really kind people that enjoy their work and extend their kindness

Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like it was that I didn’t find the floors that clean, even the daily cleaning I assume there wasn’t any vacuuming because the floor was a bit too dusty to me.

Great stay

Pros: This was a great room close to the Vatican and also to Piazza di Spagna. We booked there to go to a football match and the walk was only about an hour from Stadio Olimpico, so this is where I'll stay the next time I go to the stadium. The amenities were great and the room was comfortable - we also got a good breakfast in the morning, which we truly enjoyed.

Pros: Spotlessly clean good size room had fridge kettle hairdryer etc central location everything within 15 minutes walking distance lovely breakfast in the morning very friendly help. Whole experience was very enjoyable.

Pros: Room is very clean, staff is nice and in good coorporation. They do assist every inquiry. It is very appreciated. Location is in good location, we can walk easily to Rome favourite places.
