Enjoyable, clean and perfectly located

Pros: Perfect location only a short walk to most major attractions.

Cons: My only fault would be that the blinds didn’t fully cover the windows so let in lots of light.

Pros: Amazing location and an exceptional stay. Roberta at reception was highly professional and provided clear guidance along with helpful details that enhanced our visit. We would also like to highlight Noemi, who delivered our breakfast each morning. She was consistently warm, attentive, and organised, ensuring everything arrived perfectly and always with a kind smile. Her thoughtful service truly elevated our mornings and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, a well-organized and pleasant experience. We would be happy to return.

Cons: The only points that could be improved were the shower pressure — although the water was hot, the low pressure made it difficult to shower, especially when washing hair — and the hair dryer, which stopped working a couple of times. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not prevent us from enjoying the room overall.

Pros: Location was perfect and in walking distance to most attractions. Staff members were all very helpful and gave us some inside great places to visit.

Nice accomodation that is a walking distance from the Vatican

Pros: The room was big enough and the entrance hall is very nice. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also very nice and friendly. The location of the place was very nice for us and also or dog.

Cons: There was no space besides a tiny desk to eat the breakfast that was brought to the room. It was really hard to find the entrance of the accommodation.

Pros: The location was great and the facilities good. The staff were excellent and provided the best customer services of our trip.

Nice rooms but advertisement led me to believe this was a hotel which it is not.

Pros: Good size rooms with interconnecting corridor which was great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Quiet building with good safety having to go through 2 entrances with codes for doors provided.

Cons: Although breakfast was nice we felt there was nowhere to eat it apart from on the bed. Safe didn’t work which we reported but no one got back to us to give us an update.

Pros: Everything was Great. The location is perfect close to Vatikan, Fontana di trevi..perfetto
