Pros: The location, the staff, the relaxed feeling and the peace. Breakfast was plenty of choice 😋 and we'll presented.

Cons: Pillows need an upgrade and a proper slip mat for shower.

Supre friendly staff, amazing hotel in Rome.

Pros: The staff is super friendly and do everything to make you comfortable and feeling welcome. The room is great size and blinders black out. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also great.

Cons: The only things that could improve a bit are the noise early in the morning (breakfast preparation) and the shower pressure, but overall it was a great stay and highly recommend it.

Pros: Comfortable rooms with a mini refrigerator and hair dryer inside. Daily room cleaning, a complete breakfast on the rooftop, and tea and coffee with sweets available in the lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Cons: The only downside is that it can be a bit loud at night, but that's to be expected in a residential building in a city centre.

Perfect Stay: Great Location

Pros: We had an excellent stay! Communication was great from start to finish. The room was spotless and cleaned daily throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most landmarks, which made exploring very convenient. To top it off, there’s a fantastic restaurant right beside the main entrance. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend it!

Pros: location is great. walk distance to most popular places. there’s an airport shuttle to the FCO just 10min walk from the hotel. loved the breakfast service. rooftop was great!

Cons: the duvet cover doesn’t really work… every night we found the cover all messed up and duvet exposed. definitely a problem if you’re not a quiet sleeper. other than that, the bed is overall comfortable. there seems to be a rat living in the bathroom ceiling, and we can hear it running around every day during the day. it’s probably not the hotel’s fault, just like any old buildings, and it doesn’t bother our sleep as it goes quiet at night. we’ve shared the feedback with the front desk and believe they’ll address it asap.
