Big, well equipped, freshly renovated apartment in great location

Pros: Great location, close to the station, but not loud + a lot of shops, two supermarkets and restaurants around Really big and recently renovated Well equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay for 4 people Welcome drink and snacks Host (Olivia) really friendly, helpful and approachable

Cons: Only some minor things - the internet on the TV dis not work that well sometimes for watching YouTube, despite working great on every other device On the last day before leaving we also had a small issue with hot water in the small bathroom, but I trust it was fixed when we left

Great Apartment

Pros: Exactly like the photos . Large apartment with lots of space . Easy checking , host was very helpful and friendly. Walk to the station . Heaps of local eatery’s close by.

Cons: Nil

We should have booked a longer stay to see more of the spectacular city of Rome!

Pros: The location was a short and easy walk from the Metro station. Our host recommended we purchase a Metro pass that would allow us unlimited rides for the duration of our stay. We did just that and it worked out perfectly for us. The apartment was just as described. It suited our purpose perfectly. In the evening we were able to relax and 'hang out' together in the comfortable living room watching tv. (we brought our own 'Fire Stick')

Pros: Apartament duży i czysty, niczego nam w nim nie brakowało. Blisko dobrze zaopatrzony sklep, metro i dworzec kolejowy. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry.

Cons: Okolica taka sobie.

Moderne, geräumige Stadtwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: Die geräumige 3 Zimmer Wohnung im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Zwei Bäder und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein kleiner Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Putzzeug und Waschmasche bieten zusätzlichen Komfort. In der Nähe befinden sich Gaststätten und Supermarkt. Der Bahnhof Tiburtina mit Zug, Metro und Bussen ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ermöglicht ein unkompliziertes und schnelles Erreichen der römischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist sehr gut. Wir bekamen umgehend Hilfe, als wir ein Problem hatten mit der Handygesteuerten Tür. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons: Für uns - 2 Gäste - gab es nichts zu kritisieren.

ALOJAMIENTO IDEAL

Pros: EL apartamento es estupendo, súper bonito, muy limpio y cómodo. Todo nuevo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Armarios amplios con perchas. Además a unos pasos de la estación de tren y metro y paradas de autobús para poder moverte por Roma. Supermercado debajo mismo del portal. Calefacción en todas las estancias. Hubo muy buena comunicación con Olivia durante toda la estancia y nos dió recomendaciones del barrio.

Cons: En general todo bien, lo único que no me gustó es que te hagan pagar más si haces el chek in después de las 8 de la tarde, cuando no es algo que decides tú, pues dependes del avión, y el chek out también un poco temprano, me parece a las 10. Aunque la anfitriona intentó gestionar la limpieza para que pudierámos salir más tarde. Una cosita que sí que eché en falta es una percha en el baño para dejar la toalla de la ducha.

Pros: Appartamento con arredamento moderno, stanze ampie e luminose, pulito. A fianco un supermercato fornito di tutto. A pochi passi dalla stazione Tiburtina. Host Olivia eccezionale!

Cons: Niente da dire

Gustoso

Pros: Decoración y limpieza de 10. Muy accesible a cualquier comentario, sugerencia o petición. Todas las comodidades y muy cerca de la estación para poder moverte por la ciudad. Un bonito y gran supermercado justo debajo. Recomiendo 💯

Pros: La casa è proprio a 200 m da Tiburtina quindi ci si muove molto bene con la metro . È molto pulita e con tutto quello che serve,letti comodi , arredamento carino...e poi c'era la ragazza dell'accoglienza che si è resa disponibilissima per ogni esigenza è stato un plus. Struttura consigliata senza remore
