Nice and big apartment room near Tiburtina

Pros: The host was great he waited for check in for an hour (last check in at 10 pm) and even upgraded me to bigger double room as it was available. The double room is big has everything (desk, tv, kittle, tea, cabinet, working well air conditioning, ...). The bed was clean with new sheets and towels. The apartment has four rooms, (I believe 2 double, 1 single and 1 multiple beds), fitted kitchen at the entrance and one shared bathroom for all but it was clean (hand wash and towels provided). Location was very convenient for me to take the bus from Tiburtina.

Cons: Shower is a bit old and kitchen is very small. The floor needed more cleaning and also some other parts of the apartment.

Pros: Double room which came with balcony. Five minutes from train station and bus station and the metro. A classic central Rome apartment. Would stay again.

Cons: No corkscrew in the kitchen

A palace fit for the budget conscious traveller.

Pros: The property was clean and well maintained. The location proved to be better than I had expected - only a few minutes walk from a main train/metro station (Tiburtina). My host was very welcoming and encouraged me to contact him freely with any queries or concerns.

Cons: The kitchen facilities were a little limited. For example, no bowls or dishes for cereal breakfast and no corkscrew - an essential item for all of the delicious Italian wine!

Buena.

Pros: La ubicación y la atención de Jamil fueron excepcionales. La cama un poco incomoda y muy desajustada. No use el closet de ropas debido a que era inestable. La ducha no era nada cómoda, puesto que no tiene un soporte para la regadera.

Cons: La regadera y la cama.

Piacevole

Pros: Molto vicino alla stazione tiburtina sia dei treni degli autobus e metro B deale per chi deve muoversi con i mezzi

Cons: Nella stanza accanto hanno parlato ad alta voce fino alle 2:00 del mattino .... Consiglierei insonorizzare le stanze perché sono troppo vicine

Pros: La posizione ottima. Camera accogliente e ben riscaldata. Stabile silenzioso e vicino a trasporti pubblici, supermercati, bar. Zona c'entra

Pros: The place is very close to Tiburtina station and the room is very clean. Jamil is responsive to communications and always checked what is needed.

Cons: The shower room area is just too small, making, maybe it can be extended by removing the other toilet set. There was a night when guests from the other room were too noisy. Jamil communicated with them.

Pros: Momak koji nas je docekao bio je jako ljubazan.Sobu koja je bila velika i uredna dobili smo i prije check in.Udaljenost od metroa,zeljeznicke stanice i autobuske je na manje od 100m.

Pros: Ottima posizione, casa accogliente, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo! Unica pecca, farei un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia
