Great stay sooo close to Tiburtina Station. Way better than (I'd say) old style hotels near termini

Pros: Location is so close to Tiburtina; one of Rome's prominently main train stations. It is well-connected to the airport, intercity and high-speed trains and buses. Hosts Stella and Federico were not only kind, but also flexible when solving wifi, amenity problems. There were also willing to accommodate my large suitcase for half-a-day until my airport train time after I checked out.

Cons: Toiletries, wifi and hot water facilities can be improved; but again, the hosts were swift in tackling small problems occurred during my stay so everything was fine.

Very comfortable, convenient to transport and well appointed apartment.

Pros: Location to Tiburtina Railway Station and Metro, ( a few minutes walk). Supermarket across the road the road . Very comfortable and secure. Our host was very attentive.

Pros: nice apartment, good location, everything worked perfectly. There’s a big grocery store right across the street and metro is close by.

Cons: a bit noisy at night

Pros: We loved the apartment. It is nice, clean, quite and easy to reach from the Fiumicino airport (a direct train to the Tiburtina station). With the metro and bus stops nearby you can reach the city centre in around 30 min. There is a supermarket just accross the street and some good places to have dinner or cocktails in a walking distance. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Pros: Lokacija je na mirnom mestu, ali opet dobra baza za obilazak grada. Stan je udoban, moderno uređen, snabdeven sa svim potrebnim.Vlasnica, veoma ljubazna i komunikativna, pokazala je veliko razumevanje zbog kasnog prijavljivanja.

Pros: Uno dei migliori appartamenti dove sono stata, e ne ho già fatto alcuni in Italia e Francia. La proprietaria è davvero gentilissima, si preoccupa di farti sentirti come a casa. Ho avuto una domanda speciale (ferro da stiro) e quando sono arrivata nel appartamento era già lì. L'appartamento ha assolutamente tutto di cui bisogna ed è molto confortevole. Ho dormito molto bene lì (e io sono una persona con disturbi del sonno). In addirittura, la proprietaria lascia te, cafè, dolci, snacks salati, etc....per glì ospiti. A pochi minuti della Stazione Tiburtina. Ottimo soggiorno

Di sicuro cercherò nuovamente posto in questa casetta per il prossimo mio viaggio a Roma

Pros: Posizione eccezionale per visitare la città e dormire comodamente a 20 minuti dal centro. Ottima soluzione arrivando a Roma Tiburtina, raggiungibile comodamente in pochi minuti a piedi. Appartamento nuovissimo.

Cons: Il segnale wi-fi, non era molto forte, all'arrivo non era attivo.

Appartamento super confortevole per una vacanza romana

Pros: Appartamento dagli spazi confortevoli, in posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi da Roma Tiburtina. Cucina e bagno super accessoriati. Molto silenzioso la notte, nonostante l'appartamento faccia parte di un grande condominio. Proprietaria attenta e premurosa.

Cons: nulla di negativo da segnalare.

Pros: Super cómodo la cama espectacular, el departamento tenía de todo galletas, cafés, tés, y muchas cosas más , super recomendable
