Pros: An absolute gem for our August stay in Rome! The air conditioning in both bedrooms was a lifesaver during the heatwave, and the comfy beds plus blackout blinds meant we slept like babies! There’s also a small balcony in one of the bedrooms, perfect for a peaceful evening outside or for smokers. The fridge was a good size and easily fit everything we needed and we even had ice ready for us in the tray when we arrived. The apartment is super well connected to transport, with buses taking you pretty much anywhere in the city within about 20 minutes. It’s in a safe, quiet area and the building is secured, so we always felt completely safe and at ease. Having incredible gelato less than 5 minutes away was dangerously tempting. 😁 Our lovely host was an absolute gentleman, letting us drop our bags early and sharing fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Cons: Truly a 10/10 stay with nothing to fault!

Advantages are location, beds, cleanliness and warm welcome

Pros: Very attentive and careful host. Convenient location: close to the metro and next to the bus stop to get to the city center. And also close to the train station (Tiburtina) from which there is a direct train to the airport and to everywhere in Italy. Comfortable beds. Really good mattresses, just the right firmness.

Cons: As has been mentioned many times in reviews, this apartment lacks a proper kitchen table.

Pros: L' appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone ed era molto pulito. L' host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Pros: Appartamento in una zona comoda e residenziale, facile d’accesso e con tutti i conforts minimi necessari. Viaggiando con in bambino piccolo, il lettino era davvero comodo e pulito e anche i nostri letti molto comodi.

Cons: La cucina meriterebbe una rinfrescata.

Zona tranquila y bien comunicada

Pros: Piso pequeño pero mas que suficiente para su función. Paolo es un encanto.Superamable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar..El avion llegó con retraso y vino a la 1:30 de la noche.

Cons: Por poner un pero,,no tiene salon .son dos habitaciones,un baño y cocina con una barra..Se nota a faltar un punto de reunión con los compañeros de viaje.Pero bueno,el piso ya se ve asi en las fotografías y se asume que es así.es por poner simplemente,una cosa a mejorar.

Pros: La amabilidad del anfitrión. Nos ayudo con las maletas y fue muy amable. Fue flexible a la hora de entregarnos las llaves.
