An amazing discovery

Pros: It's spacious, clean, beautifully furnitured, and well decorated with fine art. The lift works well and it's particularly well located in the center of Rome with many touristic highlights at walking distance.

Lovely spacious room, in a great location, with a lovely helpful host.

Pros: Julia was great, very helpful, and helped me with getting from the train station to the residence. And also when I was leaving. She was very attentive in making sure everything was fine whilst I was staying there. The location was very good, as everything you want to see in Rome could be easily accessed, I found it to be very central to all the main attractions. The room itself was lovely and modern, and very clean, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and also very modern, with a lovely warm shower, nice towels and accompaniments, and a continental breakfast should you require it.

Cons: The only thing I would change is I always prefer the bathroom within the living area, however in this building it wasn't possible, but having said that it wouldn't stop me from staying at this place again, as although the bathroom could be reached in seconds, it was lovely and spacious, with a powerful shower and fan, and the water was always as hot as I wanted, and very clean, you couldn't ask for for more really.

Pros: It was close to almost anywhere of note that you would love to visit while in Rome. Always a walking distance or just one bus away. And the host is a very nice and polite lady.

Pros: Room clean and daily cleaning done. Nice and large size as well and so much better than some hotels. Giulia was welcoming and friendly and also made sure stay was okay and I could contact her if needed. She also advised on places to eat nearby. Allowed me to leave my luggage and pick up after check out as well. As per previous reviews, bathroom is separated from room , but is not shared has own locks so no issues and always clean. Located in a convenient area for travel. Would definitely recommend if you like a quieter more local area but close enough to travel to main attractions.

Great location and host.

Pros: Great location. Perfectly clean. Everything you need inside the room which is clean and new. Guila is a perfect host.

Cons: I didn’t know the property is inside a shared apartment and that you can hear absolutely everything through the walls, slamming doors every time someone comes and goes, so it lacks a little privacy.

Pros: This property was more than I thought it was going to be. The apartment was exactly how the pictures showed it: spacious, clean and comfortable. Giulia was an amazingly attentive hostess and made me feel very welcomed. Perfect location with the centre of Rome a short walk away but has 2 metro stations connected to Termini within a 10 minute walk also. Very quiet apartment and it really makes you feel like you’re at home! I would highly recommend this for solo travellers or groups.

Pros: Perfect location. All attractions are available in 30 minutes by walk.

Cons: Very good, attentive host. Available at any time for support, information. Cleaning every day. Well equipped, well designed cozy rooms. Coffe and cookes are coming with the room.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I was very satisfied with the experience. Giulia was incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!
