A very authentic way to see Rome

Pros: The location is so close to everything, we ended up walking everywhere. You also get to experience a very authentic side of Rome being located where you are.

Cons: My only gripe is that the piazza can get quite loud at night and if you are an early sleeper then the noise might bother you.

Excellent location and the rooms were very comfortable

Pros: The location was great. Close to all the main attractions in Rome. Close to restaurants as well. Danielle was very helpful and organised transport when we needed it.

Cons: Nothing. It was truly lively staying there. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Splendor Suites are located in the heart of Rome, only a few minutes away from the main sightseeings. The staff is very polite and helpful and the room is comfortable and clean.

The hotel’s location is excellent. If I can get a quiet room, I would stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast was not included in the price, so I have no idea about it. The hotel’s location was great — very central. The reception staff were very helpful and polite.

Cons: The reception was not available after 6:00 p.m., which made check-in and check-out a bit difficult. Late at night, other guests who couldn’t enter their rooms rang the doorbell for a long time. Although I requested a quiet room, mine was very noisy. There’s a bistro at the building entrance, and the street stays loud until late at night. Early in the morning, the garbage truck made a lot of noise while emptying bottles. It’s very important to choose one of the quiet rooms at the back of the building.

Cons: I did not like the plastic sheet protecting the matress of the bed. The bed itself was so so. Was not keen on the old small elevator but it is an old building so hard to fix this.
