Pros: Property is in an excellent location near all main shops and restaurants Walking distance to most sights Staff are fantastic

Cons: We were over in Rome for a wedding and the staff went above and beyond for us Organising dry cleaning and a hair appointment So grateful and the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch Better than any hotel we have stayed in and would stay again if we ever return to Rome Thanks you for a wonderful stay

Pros: The property was right in the centre of all the main sites and attractions. It was only a stone throw from the Spanish Steps and all restaurants shops.

Cons: The property was airy, clean and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily. The decoration and design of our room was done to a very high standard.

Brilliant, would highly recommend!

Pros: Lovely property, great location and staff were very helpful. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco in my suit on arrival. There were a large selection of drinks and snacks on the property (also complimentary!) every evening to mingle with other guests if interested, was a nice touch.

Pros: Stunning little property with so much to offer - not just a hotel bed but a quaint little apartment with stylish common sitting area, evening aperitifs and super helpful staff.

It was wonderful! The historical air of Rome best preserved in a modern facilities Villa!

Pros: The location was the best, within a minute-walk to the designer shops on Via Condotti and Spanish Steps, as well as very close to all major attractions. The staff were very kind and supportive (esp. Alla and Casey); The sense of intimate boutique hotel, like an old times Patrician Villa, it is truly a hidden gem that offers calmness although placed in the hustle & bustle of the city.

Cons: I had some issues with opening the entrance door to the Villa, but they very kindly provided a link which, when accessed, the door would open automatically.
