Amazing place and location

Pros: The location and the surroundings are amazing. Location is safe and very close to Spanish steps and just a few minutes walk to pantheon and all the restaurants. I would like to also thank you to Ana as she is so helpfull and we really enjoyed everything…

Cons: Can’t really say anything as it was amazing!

Pros: Excellent location that makes Rome walkable, larger room than the average you find in Italy, fully equipped (air fresher, slippers etc). Ana from the property was super nice and kind, always responsive and goes beyond her duties to assure us a pleasant stay in Rome.

Cons: There was noice from the apartment upstairs until 11:30pm, since the soundprover is not well, this was troublesome for us.

Magnificent accommodation !!!

Pros: My mom and I stayed at Telier Tomacelli for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the service made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better – all the main sights are just a short walk away. The staff were super kind and attentive – special thanks to Ana and Mabel for their warm hospitality! We’re already dreaming of coming back to Rome and staying at Telier Tomacelli again. Highly recommend to everyone! :)

Great location and comfort overshadowed by maintenance problems

Pros: The location was extraordinary, and the room was very spacious, super comfortable, and overall quite nice. It has great potential with these strong points.

Cons: Unfortunately, there were several issues in the room that need attention. The TV didn’t work, the lighting in the bathroom was inadequate, making it difficult to do makeup, and there were other broken or malfunctioning items that affected the experience. These issues definitely deserve the hotel’s immediate focus.

central location, very good.

Pros: The location of the hotel was very convenient, we walked to most places however bus and underground stops are located nearby. Some reviewers complained about openning the entrance door. We didn't have any issues: the hostess showed to us how to open it and we did not have any problems. I would recommend it.

Pros: The location is a bit far from the airport but is good as it is located near to few site seeing spots. the staff was also really nice and kind. Also, the room was good.

Cons: The hot in the bathroom shower stopped after one bath without any reason, and the water after that was too cold to take a bath . Also, the bathroom had no drain hole, and the bathroom floor was wet and slippery. The porperty owner should make some arrangements to keep the bathroom floor dry.

Pros: The location is just perfect, near Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Castelo di San'Angelo and Phanteon. The room was clean, comfortable and the lady from cleaning came everyday to refresh the room.

Cons: The room was a bit small. Poor natural light.
