Worth every Euro for the view

Pros: The incredible View of the colosseum and a very well presented apartment. The host was great with communication and trying to accommodate additional needs. Pick up from airport allowed an easy check in and well stocked kitchen for meeting everyone's needs

Pros: Great location! Large and perfect for our big family. Staff looked after us like we were at a hotel.

Cons: Noisy due to proximity to ground floor

Our stay was fantastic with the accomodation and location being ideal.

Pros: The location and view were fantastic and the apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped.

Cons: The water temperature never got above lukewarm.

Beautiful location and generous breakfast

Pros: We loved the location, gave us an unbelievable view of the Colosseum. The array of food for the breakfast was fantastic and very generous. The apartment is fully furnished and there was nothing lacking.

Cons: We couldn’t open the grills to see the Colosseum and that marred our views and photos of it. The furniture was starting to look a little tired and worn, especially the sofa. Some previous guests had used some of the mini jam jars and placed them back in the basket. Perhaps the staff could have been a little more on top of that. Bathrooms may need an update.

It was such a pleasure to stay here and we will definitely be recommending it.

Pros: Enrica is a FANTASTIC & GRACIOUS HOST!! Nothing was too much trouble. She thought of everything that might be needed to cover our varied tastes for breakfast. These little touches made us feel so welcome and it was just what we needed. The rooms were so comfortable, spacious and spotless with crisp white linen. We had the most amazing views in the mornings and evenings.

Cons: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property.

Loved it

Pros: Amazing location and outstanding facilities. Exceptionally clean and car pickup service from airport very much appreciated.

Cons: Showers a lot smaller than what we are used to but added to the character of the apartment and weren’t a problem.

Pros: Transport from the airport ( included in the price) and quick check-in on the way to the property made us reach the apartment in a very easy and fast manner. Apartment is extremely nice, comfortable and with an amazing view on the Colosseo.

Exceptional

Pros: OMG what can I say, this apartment has got to be one of the best I have ever stayed in, from check in to check out, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, felt like going into luxury. When you first enter apartment it was amazing, it is massive and very clean. The fridge is stocked up with ham, cheese, eggs, fruit juices and loads of cakes, croissants and bread which was a lovely touch. And now for the view, it was exceptional and couldn’t ask for more. Great location, walking distance to everything. I can not believe we found this little gem of an apartment it was amazing xx There was eight of us that stayed here and plenty of space for all of us x

Outstanding location, luxurious accommodations and easy process with staff.

Pros: The location is great - had heard to avoid Colloseo area as so touristy but it was fantastic. Close to metro and buses. But the view is the most outstanding feature. Could not beat it.
