Fantastic!

Pros: Fantastic location right next to the Colosseum, bedrooms were comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed!

Great Host!

Pros: Francesco the host was excellent. Very prompt in responding and assisted in any queries we had. Much appreciated Location was perfect.

Cons: This would have been a 10. The only real issue was the drain smell in one of the bathrooms. Francesco assisted to help fix the issue promptly which works for a few hours ans then the smell came back. Luckily there was a second bathroom which we used. Something that needs to be looked at further.

Pleasant stay for three couples

Pros: Great location, and a great host with recommendations. We were three couples traveling to spend the new years in Rome. The bedrooms were confortable, and enough privacy. Quite calm despite the location close to Colosseum.

Cons: To reach one bedroom, you needed to walk through the private courtyard, which was not ideal, but not a big issue either as it’s only a few meters.

Fantastic location next to Colosseum with fantastic hosts

Pros: Host greeted us personally and helped us with our bags Then she gave us many valuable tips and advice which we used to great effect. She was always easy to reach and even assisted us with taxi bookings when we found it difficult to do so. The location is absolutely perfect. We loved just walking around to see most of the major sights and it was next to many delicious and not tourist-trap restaurants. Thank you!

Pros: The man was very helpful, gave ideas about places to visit, gave advice, introduced me to every place on the map, the location of the house was great, I had a very enjoyable and safe holiday.

It was like our second home

Pros: The owner is very accommodating with requests and very welcoming. The apartment is huge with 3 beds and 1 sofa-bed, and 8 guests can sleep comfortably. It is very homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, clean.

Cons: The location is relatively close to the metro but it is quite hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. Instructions recommended. One of the bathrooms has a non-functioning lock, so showering or doing #2 in peace might be difficult

The place was an excellent spot for a short trip with a large number of people (6 adults and 2 kids)

Pros: Francesco made sure that we can meet at the right time, communicating before departing for Rome, after landing and while in transit on the express train and later the metro all for us to meet at the right time in the appartement. The place is well situated, near the metro stop and some good restaurants.
