Excellent and nice stay!!!!

Pros: Friendly owners, very helpful. The room was nice, big beautiful and clean. Nearbij station, metro’s and many high lights on walking distance.

Excellent room, location, cleanliness and staff.

Pros: Very friendly and an accommodating staff on arrival. Comfy beds. Extremely clean. In walking distance to main attractions. Really close to metro station and train station.

Cons: Less restaurants ands cafes in this neighbourhood, but many nice places with 10/15 minute walking distance.

Mum and I had a fabulous stay with exceptional accommodation. We shall return.

Pros: The place was outstanding and very clean. The hosts were very nice people and so hospitable. The young gentleman, Salvatore was so helpful and even booked a taxi for us when we went to the Vatican.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: First and foremost, I must say the host is incredibly warm, friendly, and always eager to help out！ They also provide a variety of snacks, let you fill your own water freely, and there’s even a communal kitchen！ It’s just a 10-minute walk to the train station. Plus, everything you need is right nearby—buses, subway stations, supermarkets… it couldn’t be more convenient

Great stay — quiet, safe, and super convenient!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very nice and cozy, located in a quiet area just a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore Church (perfect to visit early in the morning). The owner sent us detailed instructions for the self check-in — very easy, even though we arrived around 10 pm. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the free minibar was such a nice bonus. We had everything we needed — there’s a shared room where you can borrow an iron and ironing board, and then you enter your private apartment. During our 3-night stay, we didn’t meet any of the other guests, so it felt very quiet, safe, and private. The location is great: lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby, the metro is just a few steps away, and Termini station is about a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend this place — great value and very comfortable stay!

I would highly recommend this place and would stay there if I visit Rome again

Pros: Sparkling Clean, relatively new...unlimited snacks, juices, beer, and water.. access to Netflix The staff was very helpful. Salvatore ( not sure if this was his name) went the extra mile in briefing us. It was a great welcome; the location was great- 10 minute walk to the Termini station. I love the bed and the linens, so comfy and we had a good sleep

Cons: The facade of the place did not look good... first impression was you're entering an old building, but once you enter the floor where the room was located , you will feel good as the room is so clean and all the equipment is new
