A comfortable stay 5 min walk from Termini Train Station

Pros: Very kind staff at the reception, also allowing for a late check-in. I stayed just one night. The room was ok and clean. Good value for money.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Everything was great. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right next to the метро, which made getting around very easy. There were no problems finding the place. Also, there are several nice places nearby where you can enjoy good food. Highly recommended.

Pros: -location close at the city's centre -the guesthouse in a historic building with everything newly refurbished & all the kitchen equipment built-in -cleanliness -coffee capsules for Nespresso Delonghi coffee maker, tea bags

Cons: -the height of ceiling didn't make it keep the warmth , the conditioner made it anyway

Good value for money for Rome !

Pros: - very good location, close to Basilica Sta Maria maggiore, we also went to Trevi fountain on foot (about 20min) - quiet room B101, facing courtyard. The place has only 4 rooms - good water pressure in the bathroom - good, silent & modern A/C

Cons: - bathroom pipes a bit smelly - limited staff support (they only come for checkin) so if you have a question, it may be tricky

Handy location near the train station.

Pros: The hotel is sparkling clean and in great proximity to Roma Termina, the major train station

Cons: No signage on the door made it a little hard to find. 1 iron to share between all apartments is a little annoying on that one time you might actually need an iron and someone hasn't returned it to it's communal spot.

Wonderful place for your stay in Rome

Pros: The place is very nice, quite, very clean and extremely convenient location. It is 5 min away from Termini and 15 min walking from the main attractions. The metro station is in front of the building. The room was very brigjt and clean, bathroom as well. You have a nice kitchen with fresh coffe and balcony. Strongly recommend!

Cons: Everything was very nice, no complaints.
