Highly recommend

Pros: Nice location near to the Termini station. The room is very large and contains all of the necessary equipment for cooking. It also has a large cozy living room.

Wonderful place in Rome centre

Pros: One big bed room, kitchen , lobby and one big drawing room. Location near to Termini Station which has Metro and bus connectivity to all places including airport. Best Markets within 300 metres. Coffee, tea, butter , jam etc in kitchen

Cons: Old Property, no microwave, washing machine or TV. Utensils also very old too. Bed needs a change. 50 odd stairs to reach the property

Pros: Convenient, good location, clean, well equipped , functional And spacious kitchen, host very responsive and kind, provides lots of welcome drinks and snacks

Cons: Street is a bit noisy even at mid night, need to wear earplugs

Pros: The location near Termini station but not too far from the sights. The number of eating places nearby. The size of the rooms. The attentive staff. The WiFi.

Cons: It did not have two bedrooms and a lounge. The second bedrom was the lounge, but the kitchen was big enough to sit in so this was not a major problem. There was no kettle although there was a hob and lots of pans. There was no microwave. A second set of keys could have been useful.

Excelente!

Pros: El departamento es super cómodo, eramos 2. Nos recibieron muy bien, tuvimos todos los elementos para pasar una estadia super agradable. Disponíamos de tostadas, manteca, mermelada e infusiones para un buen desayuno, como otros comestibles (sal, condimentos,etc). Se accede subiendo escaleras, las cuales no son muchas. Esta a unos pocos minutos de estación termini y unos 20min caminando del coliseo. Todo estuvo perfecto! Volvería din dudas.

Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof Termini, damit hat man kurze Wege und sehr gute Anbindung an das ÖPNV. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Eisdielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und reagiert unmittelbar auf Nachrichten. Unser später Check In war problemlos möglich. Auch beim Check Out gab es eine hohe Flexibilität.

Cons: Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein, aber das hat uns nur wenig gestört.

Spazioso e accogliente

Pros: L’appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione Termini rendendo più semplici gli spostamenti anche via metro. Risulta grande, luminoso e accogliente. Noto alcune recensioni negative sugli infissi: è vero che l’isolamento acustico purtroppo è quasi assente a causa di ciò ma personalmente non ha causato particolari problemi, inoltre l’host ha dichiarato di cambiarli a breve. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità nel poter lasciare i bagagli per poterli recuperare in serata senza alcuna richiesta di supplementi.
