Pros: Location great to Vatican and local restaurants. Apartment was very comfortable for family of 4, with huge bedrooms and good heating.

Cons: Showers were a little smaller though adequate

Great location, period flat in convenient block

Pros: amazing location - so many restaurants and sites within easy walk. comfy beds and spacious flat in lovely building

Cons: communication over the keys wasn't straightforward so we were outside waiting for half an hr a little bit basic inside, small kitchen, no dishwasher. no plug socket for the microwave so i accidentally unplugged the fridge

Pros: We had a brilliant stay. The apartment is great and spacious. The location is super - very close to Vatican museums and a nice walk to the city centre. Fabrizo is an excellent host. He replied to all messages quickly and arranged transfers from and to the airport, which was a big help. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking to visit Rome :)

Fantastic. Will make use of the apartment in the near future.

Pros: The property was very clean and spacious, location was fantastic, secure and surrounded by various shops and restaurants and even markets. Very near to the Vatican City and metro station.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Great apartment for a short stay in the city. Marco was very helpful on arrival and Fabrizio easy to contact and sorted

Pros: Well situated, secure, lots of amenities around it, clean and well presented.

Cons: Shower needs fixing, runs hot and cold and the shower head holder is broke so it can’t stay on the pole and has to be held. Other than that all fine.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Good wifi. Having 2 bathrooms was really handy. Although the apartment is on the main road, it was surprisingly quiet

Cons: No air conditioning in the lounge which was ok as the air conditioning is in the bedrooms.

Good sight seeing trip

Pros: location was good, very close to the metro. Taxi to the station was only €12. Rooms in the apartment were all good sizes. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the apartment was well equipped. I would stay here again.

Cons: property would benefit from an electric kettle.
