Great stay, location and place!

Pros: The property was clean, had all of the amenities listed and looked exactly like the pictures. Great location, high enough not to hear all of the noise of the street. The balcony was a nice treat to have coffee in the morning.

Location, location, location….

Pros: We had such a wonderful stay at Franca’s House 🏡 Fantastic location only 10 minutes walk to Vatican City. Lovely restaurants and cinema 🎦 next door. Metro 🚈 station 4 minutes walk which connects you to Rome Terminal (where all trains 🚊 and buses 🚌 depart to all major cities) 10 out of 10 from us

Excellent place to stay in Rome. Good location, comfortable and clean

Pros: Excellent location and comfortable space. Very secure building.

Cons: There was nowhere to hang washing. A clothes horse would have been very useful.

Pros: we have stayed in this apartment previously and was happy to book again. Excellent location with walking distance to restaurants,shops and Vatican area. Apartment is easy to access,comfortable modern,clean and a great size for 2 people

Pros: Modern, spacious, and clean unit. Location was excellent. Very close to the Vatican, metro and restaurants.

Cons: Hot water was not available in the bathroom sink. Not a big issue but the color on the tv screen at the bedroom wss too dark, could not be adjusted.

Pros: The location of the property is great, near Vatican. It was clean, bright and very cozy. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Nearby is a metro station. Easy self check in with all instruction’s provided and the owner is very responsive to any question you might have. Highly recommend. Will visit again. Thank you ! 🙂

good value

Pros: Great location right next to the metro station and 10 min away from the Vatican by foot. Restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The apartment is clean and suprisingly big. Check in was easy.

Cons: Sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on. The unit has two apartments and walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbours are doing.
