Great location, kind host.
Pros: Chiara was super nice host. I forgot an important thing in the room and helped me to recover it.
Cons: We had some problems with warm water in the shower but the host said will take action on that.

Beatiful apartment, terrible shower experience in a cold winter
Pros: The apartment was very tidy and clean. Big bathroom and big bedroom. Comfortable also the couch in the kitchen. Perfect location. 2 mins walk from the Metro Station Ottaviano. Lovely apartment
Cons: Pressure of the water and its temperature. A shame, considering the amazing apartment and new heating system not to deal with this problem. Especially because it has been reported by almost every single guest in the reviews. Very annoying. One of has decided to leave the apartment without taking a shower the last day because couldn't cope with the shower problems. Especially when its very cold outside and all you want is a relaxing hot shower. Not cold. Not boiling. I had to open all the taps to build up enough pressure to keep the boiler on for a quick shower. And water wpuld either be too cold or to hot. Had to adjust the temperature as well to not burn myself. A pity

Pros: Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is brand new, beautifully renovated and incredibly clean — everything looks and smells fresh. Every detail is perfectly thought out, from the modern design to the little touches that make you feel at home. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. And Chiara is the sweetest host ever! So kind, helpful and always smiling. 10/10 — I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 💫

Very nice apartment near Vatican
Pros: Very nice apartment very close to Vatican. Great choice of cafes and restaurants nearby.
Cons: Water in shower was a bit weak, but that was not an issue in general.

Pros: Great location, very clean and cosy apartment, helpful staff. I would certainly recommend staying there.
Cons: It was a bit challenging for me to get warm water (I mean nether cold nor hot).

Ottima posizione
Pros: Ottima posizione, centrale e di fronte alla stazione della metro, arredata con gusto e ben curata, molto pulita, proprietari molto carini.
Cons: Un po' piccola per 3-4 persone, una volta aperto il divano letto nel soggiorno lo spazio è molto ristretto, regolare l'acqua della doccia è veramente un'impresa, inoltre la cucina non è fornita di scottex, sale, zucchero, piccole attenzioni che costano poco ma che, per chi deve stare qualche giorno, fanno la differenza, c'erano solo alcune cialde di caffè, ma neanche una a testa al giorno per la durata del soggiorno...con un minimo di attenzione in più, un posto fantastico.

Soluzione per famiglia in ottima posizione per visitare Roma e Vaticano.
Pros: Posizione ottimale per visitare Città del Vaticano è il centro di Roma, per raggiungere la metro e per la vicinanza a tanti servizi, compresi ristoranti, cinema, supermercati. Stanze ampie e rinnovate dotate di adeguato comfort. Smart-TV e Wi-Fi funzionali. Lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè ottime per la colazione. Infissi esterni di buona qualità con insonorizzazione esterna (zona vivace di giorno e di notte ma nessun rumore interno).
Cons: Scarsa pressione dell’acqua nella doccia con difficoltà a ottenere una temperatura confortevole e continui sbalzi da fredda a calda. Appartamento piuttosto freddo per la stagione ma con possibilità di utilizzare condizionatore come pompa di calore. Scarsa insonorizzazione con altri appartamenti. Scarsa cura dello stabile nelle parti comuni interne.

Pros: Po prichode na adresu sme zavolali majitelke, do 30 minut prišla odomknut apartman. Bolo to v pohode. Apartmán bol vkusne zariadený, čistý.
Cons: Byt sa nachádza na 6 poschodí a plynový kotol vzhľadom na slabý tlak vody často vypadával, čiže teplá voda síce bola, ale nie stále. Vybavenie kuchyne by mohlo byt trochu lepšie.
