Pros: I would like to recommend this place to everyone. Location is amazing, you are just few minutes from bus stops and also around 10 mins from metro. Our room was super clean and tidy, breakfast was yummy and our host was really friendly and helped us a lot.

Ideal location in central Rome within walking distance of main attractions

Pros: Excellent location, quiet and we were lucky enough to be able to check in early which was ideal after a very early flight!

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like outright but our room seemed to be right next to the main kitchen which meant at breakfast time it could be a bit nosey but absolutely nothing to complain about

Rome for the first time

Pros: The location was great — near the Vatican and about a 15–20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The host, Lorenzo, was helpful and kind. We also enjoyed the breakfast; it was enough to start the day.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit irritating was the noise from the building’s entry door — it was loud, and you could hear it in the middle of the night when someone entered.

Pros: Location, staff friendly, nice breakfast for the price.

Cons: Not recomended for kids, beds are not confortable and very tiny

Pros: The staff was very responsive and kind. They even allowed us to leave our belongings there for a while after check-out. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was delivered to the room at the selected time and was also quite tasty.

Cons: On the negative side: The pillows were not the most comfortable, but I think that depends from person to person. The safe in the room wasn’t working The soundproofing wasn’t great — you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms, especially when the main gate was closing.
