Highly recommended, especially when shower's fixed.

Pros: The size of the apartment was much bigger than it looked in the photos - really nice. Bed was firm, which we liked. Fabulous location for exploring both sides of the river and nice not to right in the thick of the busy centre. Great having air- onditioning. Good communication via WhatsApp with the host, which was much appreciated.

Cons: Main shower head didn't work - not the end of the world as there was a hand-held shower too - just not quite so easy. Host offered us a different apartment for the last 2 days of visit, but we were all settled with our stuff, so didn't want to move. Hot water seemed to run out quickly too.

We took a long time choosing which property to stay in Rome...we made a great choice- Recommended!

Pros: The property was very clean, spacious, well maintained and was in a very good location (in Prati) very close to the castle and river Tiber. This ideal location allowed us to walk to virtually all of Rome's attractions easily (within 15-20minutes), even in July with temperatures around 37/38 each day. However, we did take the Metro once to furthest away attraction: The Colosseum. The closest Metro was only a 5-10minute walk from the property. The property is also very closeby (3-4minute walk) to the SITBus stop for travel to/from Fiumcino airport.

Cons: Nothing not to like about this property and would very happily stay there again. The owner Fabio was very helpful and quick to respond via Whats App. NOTE: The door entrance to the main apartment building is short so anybody over 5ft 6 watch out or you could bang your head (like i did) when entering but thats not a complaint just an observation

Perfect apartment and location.

Pros: Fabulous property, beautifully decorated and very quiet, as at the back facing two court yards. Not on main road. Great location near Prati’s restaurants and 10 minutes walk from Piazza Navona. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: L'abitazione è sita al 1° piano con ascensore in un bellissimo edificio con portiere. L'appartamento è molto grande, accogliente, ben riscaldato con due televisori uno in salotto ed uno in camera da letto. Cucina accessoriata non manca nulla (forse un piccolo tavolo con due sedie). Letto grande con materasso comodissimo. Siamo stati benissimo e la posizione è fantastica perchè sicura, strategica per visitare Roma e ben servita, vicino a Piazza Cavour dove ci sono tantissime linee bus, ma i siti più famosi piazza Navona Piazza di Spagna sono tutti raggiugibili comodamente a piedi.

Cons: nulla.

Pros: Ubicación y decoración del apartamento, el dueño super amable, nos permitió entrar antes de la hora del check in para dejar maletas

Pros: O apartamento é aconchegante e ideal para acomodar confortavelmente uma família de quatro pessoas. Sua localização privilegiada permite fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse em Roma e no Vaticano. Além disso, a comunicação com o anfitrião foi clara, eficiente e muito agradável.

BEST STAY in ROME ever!!

Pros: Top locatie, gelegen in fantastische buurt, dicht bij alles. Ondergrondse parking, ontbijtbar, resto's, ijsjes, het centrum, vaticaan, alles op een steenworp. Daarnaast ook zeer aangename flat, lekker op te warmen tijdens de winter, stijlvol, goede bedden, smart TV. Stijlvol en comfortabel, meer dan een mens zou verwachten.

Cons: Helemaal niets

Pros: ホストはフレンドリーで様々なトラブルがあっても迅速に対応してくれた。 写真の通り、内装は綺麗で素晴らしい。全ての家具も新しく清潔であった。 あらゆる観光地に近く、徒歩で来訪可能な立地であった。 またローマの中でも安全な地域に家があり、ファミリーで近くにディナーに行く際も身の危険を感じることはなかった。

Cons: ボイラーが作動しているが、シャワーは使用開始後10分でお湯が出なくなる。 電気ヒューズが飛びやすい。
