Luxury Spagna Apartments

Pros: Location is excellent. Apartment is fantastic size and comfortably took our party of 8.

Cons: Apart for the kitchen there was nowhere for our group to sit, maybe for smaller groups the apartment could be reconfigured differently. It didn't impact our trip as we were only in Rome for 4 nights.

Pros: The place was beautiful and very spacious. It’s a classic European-style apartment, tastefully designed, large, and spotlessly clean. Everything was well thought out and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the bathrooms were well supplied with clean, fresh towels. The apartment felt well maintained and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Overall, a great stay in a stylish, comfortable, and well-organized apartment. Highly recommended.

Cons: the apartment was not heated well enough and felt a bit cold. On the first day, the hot water was not working, although someone came to fix the issue. After that, there was hot water, but it was very difficult to adjust the temperature properly.

Perfect!

Pros: It’s quite close to the city center, almost within walking distance to everywhere. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but they immediately provided an electric heater. The host was friendly and attentive.

Family trip

Pros: the apartment is in a great location. You can walk to different places and restaurants less than 30 minutes. It is located on a quite street and it’s super easy to get a taxi or uber with all the luggage without any traffic. the apartment was really cleaned with all the amenities

Pros: The room is very large and the location is very convenient. The landlord is very nice.

Cons: One of the hair dryers is broken.

Awsome spacious appartament with amazing host Federica who is very responsive and helpfull

Pros: Spacious, enouh for 5 people. Each room with it’s own bathroom. Amazing locations, walkable to the centro historico. Overall amazing for a group. The host Federica is great, she was very responsive and helpfull on couple of occasions. My reccomendation for this property, would definitly come again.

Stay was excellent. Quite near to all major attractions.

Pros: Everything was great. From communication with the host, gathering the keys. Saw some reviews on water pressure and hot water and was worried about it, but all worked just fine (hot water all the time).

Cons: Bring earplugs cause there's a night club near so it can get noisy during the weekends.

Pros: We really liked the location, short walk to town, close to a lot of buses. A great apartment in a very good area with cafes, restaurants and supermarket close. The apartment was clean and everything went smoothly with check-in and information.
