Perfect location & apartment is clean & spacious

Pros: Apartment location is perfect for exploring centro storico & Vatican. For breakfast you could find small coffee bar very close to river. For those who are travling from Fiumiciono airport there is SIT bus stop 6 minutes from it. Apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet. Pictures are real.

Cons: No kettle, only few cofee capsules and for sure not enough toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days stay. Nights in November are quite cold and we found only one douvet (no blankets) for 2 beds (means that for one bed we had only bedsheet). Be carefull with your stuff put on washing machine- bathroom water heater drips so they might be wet. Host sends a lot of informations/ reminders about check-in and how to get into appartment but not responding on my other questions- I felt like I was texting with AI agent :-P

A few hiccups but the location is great and it is clean and quiet.

Pros: The room was as pictured so no surprises there. The unit is is very good condition and the furniture is almost brand new. The location could not be better. Only a short walk to all the major sights. Super easy to access. Quiet at night with no noises from the building and with the shutters lowered it is very dark! A short list of suggestions and how things work would be a nice thing to have.

Cons: Somehow let people know how the TV works and how to change from someone else's account to use Netflix. Also instructions on the heat with a note to make sure the pump is plugged in would be nice and also help avoid a flood on the floor. The bathroom water heater does drip from condensation after a shower so place a bowl on top of the washing machine and you are good to go. Bring an extra roll of toilet paper as you only get two small ones! Also bring some coffee pods, the Nespresso machine is great but no pods.

Pros: Very good WiFi if you need to work, location, it was clean well

Cons: Very weak water pressure under the shower, not enough some articles for a longer stay (e.g. toilet paper, coffe machine without capsules etc), it should be adjusted to the length of the stay, a dish sponge after the previous guests left as the only one it is not very hygienic, overly complicated way of entrance, no boiler

Modern, Bright, spacious and clean apartment in a great location.

Pros: The property was spacious clean and modern and the location perfect for us to walk everywhere. As it was January and cold outside, we needed the heating which was imperfect working order to keep the apartment warm for our entire visit .

Cons: Could have done with an extra duvet, but managed without. Extra towels Were provided on request. the hosts were very attentive and responded quickly via text.

Very comfortable and great location

Pros: New and very nice and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice kitchen and bathroom. Full of natural light. Very close to the center and Vatican City

Cons: Entering the apt was difficult as the green external door can only be open by the owner. TV and heating machine didn’t work well. There was a small water leakage from the water boiler and the toilet paper was wet.

Clean, quiet and modern unit in the heart of Rome

Pros: Super clean, quiet an convenient unit close to all major landmarks. We walked everywhere. The unit is perfect for a small couple or family. The host was very responsive to our needs. Very good value for money. No hassle opening the doors as long as you have internet.

Cons: Everything was great.

Great location for visiting around Rome

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, spacious and well-equipped. You will have everything you need, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, tableware, hairdryer, cloth drying rack, etc. There were fresh towels and toiletries upon our arrival. The location is really great. We spend 5 days in Rome, and everywhere we want to visit can be reached either by foot or a direct bus within 30 minutes. The neighbourhood is quite and safe, and there are supermarkets, nice restaurant and bars nearby. The host is friendly and respond to our questions very quickly.

Cons: The air conditioning works great (life saver for the Rome summer), but a little bit loud. There also seems to be some renovation work on the above floor, we heard loud stomping sound during two mornings. But these are minor things and didn't bother us too much. We recommend the place overall.

Great flat, good location and it’s quiet

Pros: Spacious flat with everything that is needed for both short and longer stay. Best for 1-3 people. Good internet, Aircon which helps a lot during summer and heatwaves (not the strongest aircon but still good). Flat was clean, has a washing machine and the location is perfect. There is a lift. It’s also quiet and properly sound proofed. The price was adequate. Host was friendly and responsive.

Cons: Getting in and out of the flat is quite complicated. Even with all the instructions provided it’s quite a challenge. It would improve by providing some more amenities like scissors etc, and WiFi password on somewhere easy to copy, not an issue but would help.

Good place to stay in Rome

Pros: The location is great for staying in Rome (we walked to all objectives that are reachable in 10-15 minutes) and the apartment is a good choice. Even if is a central location, it is in a quiet area, We didn't had issues with the access in the building, but it was recommended to use the option 2 at first entrance because in the building you don't have a good internet. After that, we used option 1 because the phone will connect to the Wi-Fi from apartment. The codes will only be available after the check-in time. The host was very helpful and providing us all the needed support and made possible the check-in earlier with 1h, and also check out. Of course this depends on the other hosts and is not always possible. Overall, is a very good choice for staying in Rome, even with the downsides that i describe below.

Cons: The facilities can be enhanced to really provide 4 'stars'. For example you receive only 1 big and 1 small towel per person, but no even a hand towel. Normally you receive more than the strict necessary, considering that there is no cleaning service and the towels are not changed (we stayed for 1 week) . It can be argued that the apartment provides washing machine, but there is no detergent provided (you have to buy and there is no 'travel' size for this) and no dryer/support to dry is provided. There was no trash can in the bathroom, but we improvised. In the kitchen there is no towel, is equipped at ok level, but if you plan to cook (more than omelets) i would say is not sufficient. Another point, there are no slippers provided, which you would need (you can buy from a near Chinese shop with a lot of things). For one side of the bed, is impossible to use the charger for your phone (bad designed). Depending on your habits, you may find that the water pressure is not to good but this is normal for the central area. And as recommendation don't try to shower with the washing machine running in the same time.

Pros: The location is fantastic. You are very close to all the busy streets (10 minutes to piazza Navona), but the area right around the apartment is very quite and nice. There are a lot of good places to eat 5 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is very fresh and clean, has everything you might need. Enough places to store your clothes, all the necessary kitchen equipment. You could comfort stay in the apartment for a month if you need, but it's great for a short stay, too.

Cons: Everything was great!
