Pros: The apartment is at great location which enables you to go by foot in all parts of Rome. Everything went really smooth from the moment we landed. Vicenzo was very helpful with everything and even helped us with transfer on our way back. The communication was fast and clear☺️ The apartment is very clean and cosy and we felt really nice staying here for 4 days.

Clean modern and well located

Pros: Super clean and modern, fully equipped kitchen (including a very generous amount of coffee supplied!), great communication with hosts and flexible check out time when we asked if it would be possible. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Pros: This apartment is just perfect! The location is at the heart of Rome and is quiet and beautiful, right next to the Tiber river. The bed and pillow are super comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything. Stylish and brand new. The host-Vincenzo is absolutely amazing!

Best place in Rome

Pros: Amazing property and amazing hosts. The property is in a fantastic location and walkable everywhere. Very clean and incredibly spacious. Lots of great restaurants within walking distances. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pros: Very clean. Good communication and clear instructions. Helpful personel. Perfect location (many spots within walking distance).

Pros: The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Really good location with local supermarkets and places to eat away from the hustle of the centre but easy walking distances to key attractions. Good place to relax in the evening which the kids appreciated.

Cosy stay in a great location!

Pros: Good location- we were able to walk to both the Vatican City and the other places of interest (e.g. Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish Steps. Colloseum too). Could take about 10 to 30mins walk depending on the place. Near to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. Apartment is clean! There is an elevator though you need a few steps to get to it. Apt is equipped - has a oven, stove, washing machine, cutleries, iron, you name it... Host (Vicenzo) is easily contactable and friendly. Iulia met us one the first day and gave a in depth information about the area etc. They also gave free biscuits and wine.

Cons: Apt is small/cosy but this is something you can check prior to booking!

Fantastic location, quality accommodation

Pros: Property is in a truly excellent location, walkable to all major sites including The Vatican. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Equipped with everything you need for a city break including a washing machine. Owners sent some great recommendations for bars, restaurants etc which are so helpful in a new ciry. We flew into one Rome airport and out from the other. Owner was able to arrange transport to/from both airports for us which made our break stress free.

Amazing flat with great hosts in a great location

Pros: A modern apartment that boasts immaculate, well-appointed rooms offering generous space, one of which includes a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom. The apartment also features a delightful kitchen and a spacious living room, all complemented by its perfect location. Additionally, there is a delightful breakfast café conveniently located adjacent to the building as well as in the building across the street. The hosts are incredibly attentive and the manager is truly exceptional.

Cons: Nothing major really and it has been mentioned before in the comments so we were aware. There are a few steps before you can reach the building’s lift. If you have mobility issues just have that in mind.
