Great comfortable place to stay , excellent location, close to public transport for exploring Rome .

Pros: Good facilities, comfortable beds . Good location.

Cons: No tea towel for drying dishes .

Pros: We arrived very early but we were able to go up to apartment and leave our luggage inside, use the bathroom (after 11 hours of travel we appreciated this very much) and get the keys - we were so happy we could do this! We were told to come back at 3 and the apartment was cleaned well and ready for us. We loved the location! Out of all the places we stayed in Italy, this apartment had the most comfortable beds! It is very spacious and we loved having the large sitting area to hang out in the evening. We really enjoyed out time here! Great place to stay and visit Rome!

Cons: Sadly there was construction directly outside of our balcony so it was noisy but no fault of the host. Construction happens and you can’t control it. Wasn’t an issue at night.

Pros: A very spacious and comfortable apartment, perfectly located for our holiday.

Cons: A Washington machine and dishwasher would have completed the property nicely.

Pros: A delightful apartment in a quintessential Italian block with vintage elevator, a/c was excellent, apartment was very spacious, excellent location and easily walkable to all of the major sites, metro line close by, shops and restaurants all on the doorstep

Cons: Noise at night was sometimes an issue but we were in a built area and the double glazing worked well

Wonderful stay in a spacious and beautiful apartment minutes away from the Historic Centre of Rome.

Pros: Giulia was an excellent host and helped us by storing luggage and receiving deliveries before we arrived. This was outstanding service and we cannot thank her enough for her generosity and willingness to help. We stayed for 13 nights and can highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect as you are in a quiet, upmarket residential area but a short walk away from the Historic Centre and all of the activity. There are many restaurants and shops on the doorstep of the property. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Cons: When we booked it was advertised as having a washing machine, which we would need for the length of our stay. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine when we arrived but Giulia found a solution for us.

Pros: Modern bathrooms. Large apartment. Big soft towels. New windows. Equiped kitchen except coffee maker. Good shampoos & soaps in bathroom. King bed comfortable single beds hard.

Cons: Construction in courtyard, very noisy all morning, starting early. Wifi unreliable. No coffee press, only nespresso with 3 pods.

Spacious and Location was good

Pros: Arrangements were made to meet us at the property. We were late, had decided to brave public transport - in Rome that was a mistake for our first day. The lady who met us was very gracious since we were so late.
