Pros: Great service, very flexible, and the location is just great. The apartment is clean with all the basics.
Cons: The shower could use an update... calcification of the shower makes the shower experience less good.

A lovely base from which to explore Rome.
Pros: The location was great, we could walk to most destinations. We also appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for us! The flat was really spacious and well-presented. There was no road noise.
Cons: The hallways were echo-y, and sounds from the hallway and neighbouring rooms came straight into the flat. The shower was very leaky.

Great stay in a lovely apartment in a great location
Pros: Great location and facilities at the property. Fabio was always quick and helpful to respond .

Prático e calmo
Pros: Bem decorado e limpo. Localização calma e longe da confusão, mais silencioso, mas perto de tudo mesmo a pé. Responsável prestável e com comunicação rápida via Whatsapp. Supermercado próximo a menos de 5min. Bons locais para pequeno-almoço como o Mus Café e Antico Caffe 1919. Brunch próximo Pop’s Roma. Restaurantes perto como por exemplo La Francescana e Hostaria Da Cesare Bottega Storica dal 1921

Pros: The apt is big, comfortable, silent, and with all the appliances that you need to spend some days, beds are good, wifi is good too, walking distance from Piazza Navona and the Vatican, metro is 7 blocks from the hotel, there are supermarkets nearby.
Cons: Is not that I didn't like but the shower didn't work properly, the boiler was super high and then when you move it, goes totally cold, everybody tried to set it but was imposible. Anyways that didn't block us from having a good experience in the place, highly recommended.

Najlepsza lokalizacja do zwiedzania Rzymu i Watykanu
Pros: Super lokalizacja i bardzo łatwy dostęp do apartamentu. Wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla wszystkich osób.
Cons: Trochę mała łazienka na tak duży apartament.

Ruim comfortabel appartement met goede ligging, matige badkamer
Pros: Lokatie was uitstekend. Appartement zeer ruim en comfortabel Mochten bagage nog hele dag laten staan (compensatie voor douche probleem)
Cons: De afvoer vd douche zat verstopt en de douchekoppen spoten het water alle kanten op. Hele badkamer steeds blank. Geen raam in woonkamer en keuken.

Pros: Super lokalizacja. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Właściciel jest uprzejmy i otwarty na indywidualne potrzeby i prośby gości. Łatwość zameldowania i wymeldowania. Przestronny apartament. 3 sypialnie. W każdej tv. Przygotowane kosmetyki i podstawowe rzeczy. Aneks kuchenny Super. Ekstra okolica. Wszędzie blisko. Cicho i spokojnie oraz bezpiecznie. Wspaniała zabytkowa winda.
Cons: Minusem 1 łazienka trochę już zniszczona.

Z wyjątkiem kilku rzeczy pobyt w Rzymie był wspaniały. Jakkolwiek by nie narzekać lokalizacja i sympatyczne mieszkanie r
Pros: Wspaniała lokalizacja! Wszędzie blisko, Watykan za rogiem, przed budynkiem przepiękny budynek sądu, który widać z daleka, dzięki temu ciężko się zgubić. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i ładnie urządzone. I gdyby nie parę mankamentów dałabym 10/10.
Cons: Prysznic w łazience jest w opłakanym stanie. W salonie i pokoju przy korytarzu bardzo mocno słychać osoby przechodzące korytarzem. Niestety trafiliśmy na głośnych sąsiadów którzy poruszali się w nocy, przez co ciężko się spało. Niestety ktoś zostawił jedzenie po poprzednich lokatorach w lodówce, parę rzeczy na blacie, jak i nieumyte naczynia w zmywarce.
