Lovely hotel away from the crowds very clean and great breakfast
Pros: Very friendly welcome from reception. Excellent room although the aircon wasn’t working so we had to have the window open which was noisy. Really clean and well maintained
Cons: Location was a little outside of the main tourist areas which we didn’t mind. The metro connection was not great although the hotel runs a mini bus on the hour to the Spanish steps

Pros: -excellent staff - beautiful rooms - close to public transport - area away from the super touristy parts
Cons: - the breakfast was average - room was quite loud - water temp was either super hot or super cold

It is a very nice hotel, we will come back!
Pros: Luxurious feeling, we were in a big Premium room, had a coffee machine, bathrobes, a big TV, all was fine. We had nice welcome sentence in a room with the Love dessert and ballons, thank you very much 💕
Cons: Housekeeping staff could improve their procedures for longer stay guests: 2 evenings we had to ask for water, coffee capsules, even a towel was forgotten. But hotel reacted fast, always supplied what we missed, and the last night it was done perfectly❤️

Pros: We initially had some problems with our room, but the manager, Domenico, handled the situation perfectly and made sure we were well looked after. Thanks to his care, our stay turned out to be very pleasant.

Amazing holiday
Pros: The location was very good , rooms are spacious, food was amazing and the staff where very nice and very helpfull , we travelled with a 5 year old and it’s so nice that kids are so welcome

Very nice city break.
Pros: Very friendly front desk staff. Shuttle bus great and a bus stop right outside.
Cons: Bar was never open on evening.
