MF Hotel

Excellent location and costumer service for the competitive price point. Would definetely come back.

Pros: We loved the location. Our initial room had issues, and after disclosing this to the staff, we were instantly upgraded to a nicer room. The room where we spent our vacation was cozy, clean, smelled fresh, and had great soundproofing. The water pressure and heat were perfect.

Cons: Our initial room had a really bad smell, coming from the water pipes (I am guessing); it was difficult to sleep with that smell, even if the windows were open all night. But after the first night, we communicated our disappointment to the staff, who were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: We were very impressed by the staff and truly appreciated the excellent value for money, especially in such a charming area of Rome, pleasantly removed from the main tourist crowds.

Pros: Staff was super helpfull and friendly. They helped me with lost baggage even after I already left hotel.

Pros: Cleaning, staff behavior and all the facilities were best.

Pros: The place was good for a stay, and the staff was friendly.

Overall, the hotel is just okay, but the unnecessary extra charges make the stay less worthwhile.

Pros: The hotel was decent and just okay overall. Nothing special, but it was acceptable for a short stay and met basic expectations.

Cons: The hotel has extra charges that don’t seem reasonable. Although the reception is advertised as 24/7, they charge 10€ for late check-in. They also charge 2€ per piece of luggage if you want to leave it there for a few hours after check-out, which feels unnecessary.

Pros: Good value - cheap and simple reception but squeaky clean room. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The hotel is ok for the value and location. Comfortable bed, clean room

Cons: They asked for a €14 extra charge for an early check in upgrade, even if we previously agreed on another €10 fee, saying that the room we reserved was not available and the only option is an upgraded room. I am not even sure if the room was different. Not a big deal but not fair in the same time

Good on the whole as always I would just suggest monitoring the disruption from the street below and other guests

Pros: I have stayed here 3/4 times and on the whole it been very good this time I was put in a room over looking the Main Street which has its downfalls due to the loud noise coming from the record shop next door late in the night which does hamper a early night sleep total out of your control I understand just one to keep a eye on and some hotel guests having very loud conversations in the hall way outside of peoples rooms maybe remind guests of this when the check in Definitely would not put me off staying here in the future but may annoy other guests Also aircon very temperamental

Cons: Closeness to transport links and the city centre good value for money

Pros: We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who upgraded us to a room with a balcony. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.

Cons: The only downside was the sound insulation, as we could hear noise from other guests and the constant dripping of water from the bathroom.
