Chester Suites

I definitely recommend this place!

Pros: Everything was great. A very beautiful, clean room. We were able to leave our belongings earlier and go explore the city while the room was still being prepared. The staff member was very nice, gave us the best recommendations, and told us about the city. A bottle of wine was also left for us as a gift.

it’s a very decent place to stay in Rome

Pros: We stayed in a suite in Rome, and overall the experience was very good. The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance, making it a real pleasure to explore the city on foot. The staff deserves special mention: very friendly, easygoing, and caring. They contacted us on WhatsApp right after the booking to clarify all the details and were always available for any questions - which was truly pleasant and convenient. The room itself is quite small, and the soundproofing is honestly rather weak - at times we had to turn on the TV to drown out conversations from other guests. There is a small market right under the windows: it’s charming and atmospheric, but of course can be noisy, especially in the morning. That said, considering the location, level of service, and price, it’s a very decent place to stay in Rome. A lovely little bonus was the complimentary candies in the room, a small touch that really lifts your mood 🙂

Pros: Anna & the rest of the staff were so helpful & accomodating. Very clean & great sized room. Lots of fantastic restaurants close by!

Pros: The staff are so lovely, and the rooms are a great size and very clean.

Pros: The owner Anna arranged a taxi to pick us up from airport and told us the standard price to pay so we would not get scammed. She was also there to greet us outside the accommodation when we arrived. It was also helpful that she spoke English as well. She also arranged for taxi to bring us back to airport at the end of our stay. Definitely the best place we could have wished for and would go and stay in this accommodation again!

Pros: The property was stunning, ideally located, and had all the amenities we needed. Anna was fantastic throughout our stay. She even surprised my husband with a small birthday cake, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Chester Suites!

Pros: The staff was exceptional and very kind. The position was also good, full of great restaurants and places for breakfast and dinner.

Cons: We just had some issues sleeping on Saturday morning because of the market on the street. The apartment is located on the first floor facing a street with (what I think is a permanent) market and was a little bit too noisy starting from six in the morning.

Fantastic location central to everything!

Pros: Just a 12 minute walk to The Vatican & Saint Peter’s Basilica. Very safe and secure location in close proximity to excellent cafes, restaurants & shopping. Air conditioning very quiet & effective. Anna was always quick to respond, offering a personalized concierge service and great recommendations on local attractions and shopping when we were looking for specific items.

Cons: Although our room differed from the photos, we really enjoyed our stay.

The accomodation was perfect. Staff were amazing, room was amazing and location is amazing.

Pros: The stay was perfect for the long weekend we had. The room was decorated really well and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend. The location was ideal and the I could compliment the staff enough. 10/10
