Pros: Perfect location, very friendly staff, no street noise. Breakfast simple but enough.

The service was great, and the receptionist was especially helpful and friendly. We were very happy with everything and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Pros: Convenient location, excellent and comfortable room, nice shared kitchen with coffee, a milk frother, tea, cookies, and water. In the morning, we were served breakfast – everything was delicious. On our last day, we asked to leave our suitcase for storage, and they kindly agreed. Very customer-oriented staff and service.

Central location and VERY nice staff

Pros: The location couldn‘t be better, as it‘s in the center of Rome. The room was clean and there is really a lot of space. Ry & Anna, the two lovely receptionists, are incredibly kind and helpful. They made the place feel even more comfortable. They made sure that we had everything we needed and even asked what we‘d desire for breakfast. If we come back to Rome, we‘d love to stay there again! <3

Great spot for exploring the major monuments on our Honeymoon

Pros: We booked this apartment because of its central location to all the main monuments and places to explore. The room was large in size and had a comfortable king size bed (full size, rather than beds pushed together, which is common in Europe). The air-conditioning worked well and there was ample storage - the walk in wardrobe is a great feature. We aren't breakfast people but the breakfast spread was ample - different pastries/cakes each day, toast, eggs and meat/cheeses etc. The suites are on the second floor of an old building and it feels very secure with three keys to open doors from street level to your room. We are young and fit, so carrying our luggage up the stairs wasn't a problem for us. The host on site was polite and made sure we had what we needed.

Cons: Minor things - Wi-Fi intermittent in our room, spa bath intermittent (only worked once after the host fixed it), and the showers had low water pressure, but this is probably due to the building's age. The main thing we struggled with (through no fault of the host) was the very noisy upstairs neighbour on the floor above. It sounded like he was coming through the ceiling - day and night. I'm not sure what he was doing up there. Plus, he has an unfriendly dog that snapped at us a couple of times on the stairwell.

Pros: Very closed to center, from apartment you can walk everywhere.

Pros: Excellent city center location, lovely room and friendly staff.

Pros: The room was crazy small but i guess we just use to have more space. There was everything necessarily in the room. We booked this hotel because of the balcony and there was a balcony which is very unusual for city hotels. Overall we are happy. Location was great and close to many attractions. Good for a super short stay.

Cons: We had a breakfast and it was very basic.
