Pros: The location is ideal! Central for all the main attractions and close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Room was well equipped and clean.

Cool apartment in a good location, horrible housekeeping quality

Pros: Comfy, modern apartment very close to most of the major touristic objectives in Rome. Friendly staff.

Cons: The daily housekeeping is terrible for this price-point. Top shelves of the dressers were full of dust. Shower can flood the room -> as a consequence, there was a small area where the laminate flooring was swollen.

Pros: This place is absolutely wonderful. It has everything you might need: a delicious, pleasant fragrance in the room, plenty of candles, perfect cleanliness, and a beautiful interior design. There is coffee, tea, and water provided, and the space itself is very large and comfortable. The ceilings are high, the room feels airy, and there is even a view of the Colosseum — truly special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The bathroom is fantastic: there is bath salt, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and all the essentials you could think of. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and overall everything was simply perfect. On top of that, the location is ideal — just a 6-minute walk from the Colosseum. A perfect stay in every sense.

Amazing stay, lovely furnishings will be back

Pros: Bed was comfiest we had during our time in italy, shower was warm and location good!

Cons: Little bit noisy outside but then you are in a city!

Pros: The stay was even better than we imagined. The room was clean and looked exactly like in the photo. The colosseum view through the window was magical. The location was perfect, right in the middle between the colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafes so you’ll have everything you need really close.

Pros: The location is perfect! Just 10/15 minutes walking to the main attractions of the city. Giulia was absolutely nice all the time with us, and a comfortable room

Cons: You can't access it with your own car because of the ZTL restriction, besides this, everything ok
